And he referred to her as having “dull energy” afterwards, and that he was just not into that? You are definitely right, he was not in love with her, and was very mechanically trying to say the right words to stay in the game.
He was honest way too early for her and the show...she was not on the same page with him where he was at... the tone of her voice and way is aggressive and accusing of someone that just poured their heart out to them. The good thing is that he is too sharp for her and the show. He will eventually find the right person to him who will accept him for who he is.
