Today is Fathers' Day 2022-this was one of my dad's favorite songs--he often sang it as a solo-he was an old fashioned song leader. My brother sang it at my dad's funeral in 2014--dad was 94--he had served the Lord faithfully all his adult life--so did my mom-she went home on Memorial day that same year---both were active for the Lord until the very end. God took them home gently!!! They were married for 73 years!!! Dad always put in the soul of Christian man was like a waiting Falcon!!! That is the way my brother sang it!!!
We have death in the family and as we mourn his passing from here to eternity, we understand our Uncle was on borrowed time and he acknowledged God in all his ways! That brings us MUCH COMFORT!
