Bro I literally have the TMNT set lmao my mom knocked it over while she was cleaning my room years ago. I still have like part of it in my closet and it’s literally impossible to build back together because of how flimsy the build is.
What is the problem with the 2 First Order sets? So what if they didn't actually appear in the movies? They've released plenty of other stuff that hasn't shown up in the movies, or maybe even at all in the actual Star Wars canon. Under that logic, the new Dark Falcon set would also be a mistake.
Probably one of the biggest mistakes that springs to mind is the cancellation of the Lego Technic V-22 Osprey - immediately after it had released in a couple of countries. Lego "didn't notice" that the model they spent time and money developing was actually a current military machine (which goes aganst their policy of no real life military representations). D'oh! Of course, Lego stated it was for other reasons (gear stressing), but yeah, right. If it was the gearing mechanism, why not just issue a change to the model and then release, or offer hot-packs (like Wall-E - which was another d'oh!)?
Some of these just sound like slight marketing fails.. but also like.. as a toy company you gotta get your stuff out *ahead* of the movie or show so it's there for kids and adults to see on shelves after.. would be stupid if they had to wait to try to get sets on shelves to avoid spoiling people like imagine a kid going to the store, wanting the new Lego Marvel set from the latest movie and... it's not there yet, it's in the back not stocked because they have to not spoil randos who would come across it And the ones about not appearing... have you not heard of Lego? So many sets are just kinda.. based of an IP but not 1 to 1 recreations.. so many Star Wars, Marvel, DC, etc. sets are stuff that doesn't show up in movies or shows... they have the vibes of "totally an adventure they *could've* went on"
So there's a vehicle called a "snowspeeder" for the sequels even though there already was a Star Wars vehicle called a Snowspeeder......and they look nothing alike, even in principle.
Nah it can't be worse than 2023 UCS X-Wing. that thing is one of the worst UCS sets they have put out, falls apart from just sitting on the shelf and bends the peices on the wings.

I think he got it backwards as the Finch Dallow minifig initially was with the set in a very small release number and then replaced with the unnamed pilot. 🤔
Ah yes, a character with black hair instead of brown. Definitely one of Lego's biggest or worst mistakes I can think of.
ADD the new red bull and kick f1 cars to the list all against legos policy
Their policy of what?
THIS GUY NEEDS TO KNOW THE PRICE TO PART RATIO!
it clearly states that
The more expensive to produce a part > the more expensive its set is!
What?
Nah the Shellraiser is goated
You forgot to mention the cancellation of Bionicle
Seeing the ghost made me check mine and I have the dark brown hair version.
Killing off bionicle twice
Just like 79104, 60010 also has two different versions.
Thanks for letting me! I'll make a note of it for a future video pt.2
Small nitpick, I wouldn't exactly call Civil War "beloved", just important
Probably one of the biggest mistakes that springs to mind is the cancellation of the Lego Technic V-22 Osprey - immediately after it had released in a couple of countries. Lego "didn't notice" that the model they spent time and money developing was actually a current military machine (which goes aganst their policy of no real life military representations). D'oh! Of course, Lego stated it was for other reasons (gear stressing), but yeah, right. If it was the gearing mechanism, why not just issue a change to the model and then release, or offer hot-packs (like Wall-E - which was another d'oh!)?
the 2005 Millenium Falcon or Clone Turbo Tank are far worse than any of these. they fall apart just by existing.
Focusing so heavily on sets of other IPs and mostly neglecting original themes is a mistake in my view.
I have the first version of the shellraiser and have never encountered a problem with it.
4:53 also the door broke off easily, had to contact lego for new piece
The snowspeeder was featured in a deleted scene
You should rank all discontinued Lego brands
Only giving us Batman themed Lego sets!
That's why i could never build the turtle van. Me and my dad got so frustrated over it
Which quality? All those stickers? Or all this Colour mess inside?
Let's face it, breakfast and Super Mario Bros. 2 is ruined!
Great video!
Appreciate it! Thanks for checking out the IG too!
@ no problem!
Some of these just sound like slight marketing fails.. but also like.. as a toy company you gotta get your stuff out *ahead* of the movie or show so it's there for kids and adults to see on shelves after.. would be stupid if they had to wait to try to get sets on shelves to avoid spoiling people like imagine a kid going to the store, wanting the new Lego Marvel set from the latest movie and... it's not there yet, it's in the back not stocked because they have to not spoil randos who would come across it
And the ones about not appearing... have you not heard of Lego? So many sets are just kinda.. based of an IP but not 1 to 1 recreations.. so many Star Wars, Marvel, DC, etc. sets are stuff that doesn't show up in movies or shows... they have the vibes of "totally an adventure they *could've* went on"
i honestly love vidiyo other than the app. the minifigures are so fun and creative
Scour walker accually appears in the background
lol the entirety of Lego Star Wars for the past few years
The first order speeder from star wars was in the movie. In the background on star killer base when Finn, Solo and chewbaca Are breaking inn
Bro videio is 3 years old? Damn that makes me feel old
So there's a vehicle called a "snowspeeder" for the sequels even though there already was a Star Wars vehicle called a Snowspeeder......and they look nothing alike, even in principle.
I will tell you Legos biggest mistake making there peace’s so painful to step on

Nah it can't be worse than 2023 UCS X-Wing. that thing is one of the worst UCS sets they have put out, falls apart from just sitting on the shelf and bends the peices on the wings.
sets and vehicles that never happend or was seen in any movie
