- One word for this recipe, CUTE!! This is definitely a no-fail soft & fluffy bread recipe and so easy to make. You just need a little patience 😜
[Recipe]
200 gr bread flour
150 ml milk
20 gr sugar
3 gr instant dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
15 gr unsalted butter
[Tips]
• This recipe make 8 bear bread
• Each bear needs 2 pcs of ears and 2 pcs of hands
• For the hands and ears, make 1 gram x 32 pcs then divide the remaining dough into 8 equal pieces

Help It just rounding from 10 min and it’s not becoming a dough it still slimy how can I say it
Hii do you mean the dough is still sticky? If it’s the case you need to knead/mix more until the dough is smooth and elastic. Usually it took me about 17-20 minutes with a stand mixer but if you knead by hand it’ll be longer. Be patient with the dough, it’ll come together I promise. You can add a little bit of flour if needed. I really hope my answer helps :)

Hii you can bake them at 180°C for 12-15 minutes 😉
