Hi I am not mechanic /engineer, your machine needs to be checked by the service center from where you bought. But by your narration it seems compressor is not working .

With 50-60 % oxygen you can continue as much as you want. If more than that like 80%-100% use less than 4 hours and in between shift to 60% .
