20 thousand square feet and their boys share a tiny bedroom. The daughter's room is a normal size as well. She doesn't have enough clothes to fill up have the closet in the master suite. All we saw was a medium size kitchen 3 bedrooms and the basement. That's not their damn house. The dad clearly bought it for his entire family and gave them a couple rooms. That's why there's a separate entrance and living room. Who tf do they think they're fooling? 😂
Things rich people say: "I love historic homes, and obviously I love to collect them." A Georgian mansion. A collector's item. That's when you know you've made it ladies, gents, and others.
The house is gauche but it’s the boyfriend for me, behaving like he’s the rich one despite having to create a purpose for himself after bagging a billionaire 🤣 But RE the house, that kitchen is tiny for a house that large, I seriously hope there’s a second kitchen somewhere or it could be moved somewhere easily with some height. It feels so claustrophobic in its present location. I don’t recall seeing any lounges, but surely there must be at least 3 that one could become a kitchen. Bedrooms? WTF? Like there were all so small and had no ceiling height. That dining room was so dark and gaudy, as were all the various lighting fixtures and chandeliers. The leisure level seemed to be the best part of the whole house, like at least there was lightness to it and it seemed the least claustrophobic of all the floors. It seems like a very poor investment, obviously she didn’t pay £170m for it but such an odd renovation. It would’ve been better with a more classic vibe for walls and ceilings and then contrasted with modern art and furniture - the interior has lost any sense of historic quality which is a shame because they obviously had the budget to make something really special had they retained what I imagine were the original mouldings and covings etc. There are so many houses in London that achieve so much more despite being a bit smaller or having less garden, this is soulless, lacks any sense of personal style and just downright tacky.
I remember watching a programme on fashion and a journalist was asked 'what happens if you hate everything?' about a collection. Her response was, 'there's always something to like.' I think you've found your something.
Yeah what was up with that? Then she said something like “where we eat at” and “where I occasionally cook at” or something - I thought it was just me who found their sentence structure odd.

This all looks like: How can we get the most expensive option for every feature in the house and we'll just go for that so we can say it's top luxury. No matter if it goes together or actually looks like a cohesive home. The taste level is definitely questionable.
This guy is so smug. The way he goes on you would think he was a self made man and bought this house with his own money. Reality is he’s living off bernies billions.
“personal spa retreat and 14 bedrooms during lockdown” ah yes, flex your overprivilege to the max, while millions were losing their jobs, struggling to pay rent or feed themselves, u were getting massages and guzzling on caviar. humanity is absolutely disgusting lmao
I am truly amazed at the amount of kitsch and bad taste in this house. If one would decide (for reasons unknown) to make a satire of themselves they would have created these interiors. Starting with hideous dark paneling with sparkles and not ending with crystal light fixtures in the form of algae or mold growing out of the plasterboard ceilings. This is truly truly special.
I enjoyed the tour, to look inside the keyhole, and yet on this occasion, I was left feeling a bit cold with all the gold, whilst knowing that the fortune hadn't been earned but was inherited.
I thought that I don't have any issue with rich people, but when I saw how they wasted money on chandeliers instead of helping other people it made me sick.
I work for UHNW individuals. I have been responsible for several homes of this size over the years. The Ecclestone-Palmers' have decorated to their taste, and though it might not be everyone's cup of tea, (or indeed within their budget 😳) you can tell how proud they are of their space. Most UHNW individuals would NEVER appear in a video showing their home, it is a treat to see inside.
One common theme that always runs throughout homes of people with poor taste is excessive gold & crystal “designs”

Whenever I feel like having a little comic relief, this is my go-to video. Such a fabulous monstrosity! Natural light everywhere.
I gave up counting how many times “natural light” was mentioned, but I thought the ground level / kitchen in particular seemed so dark? Might have just been bad lighting in the video but the upstairs seemed brighter
I know. Why do rich people think it's just their homes that have natural light?
"natural light" barely a window in sight and the whole house is over lit up artificially like some tacky Dubai shopping mall.
What I like about this house: the garden.
I’m sorry, but this seems like a spoof. Also, he said “compromises of two homes” instead of “comprises”
Its definitely compromised 😂 Freudian slip
They're both as thick as two short planks
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Money also doesn’t buy intelligence. They both have the apparent IQ of a brick…a brick encrusted with crystals and gold panthers.
We all know why he’s with her.
Thank you AD for reminding me money cant buy taste.
Yes, I do think they released this as a public service video.
Why do they always try to change the integral style to the house. This house was never supposed to be modern, so don’t force it
True should have kept it
I would buy it…but I just finished my own collection of historic homes last month. Dang!
I don't think this home deserves to be priced over 40 million!
This guy is delusional as hell! He thinks that house is worth £170m and he thinks he's 6'4" 🤣🤣
Yea he's 6'2 at best I'd say. He's definitely tall, it looks like she's wearing 4ish inch heels, so she's probably standing at around 5'9 to 5'11 with those on, yet he's still taller, meaning he's at minimum 6'1. And yea the house is definitely overpriced, but it's owned by a billionaire so it makes sense.
lol
What does the height have to do with anything ? Lol
@@ivan4247 the "delusional" part of the comment
Sloane Lodge "compromises two...homes" never a truer word has been spoken!
Dear god with such an incoherent look I would have thought that at least one room wouldn‘t be horrible. But no, there is something major off with each of them
True, they're all so distasteful and ugly.
Well, there's always the garden...
It really is Petra's house, they just spend most of their time in LA.
They must have felt so confident into their 18th century home to dig 15 meters deep for a wellness center.
If I had a penny everytime chandelier is said is this video, I’d probably be able to afford the house…
I never thought I could be BLINDED by a home tour video
This reminds me of something out of 80's Dynasty
Things rich people say: "I love historic homes, and obviously I love to collect them."
A Georgian mansion. A collector's item. That's when you know you've made it ladies, gents, and others.
Made it to being without any sense of reality
Except she never "made" it. She inherited 3.5B, so her being born into her family is what made her.
Eat the rich! Haha
@@kirasgirl then she’s incredibly lucky, huh?
The house is gauche but it’s the boyfriend for me, behaving like he’s the rich one despite having to create a purpose for himself after bagging a billionaire 🤣
But RE the house, that kitchen is tiny for a house that large, I seriously hope there’s a second kitchen somewhere or it could be moved somewhere easily with some height.
It needs just a little more gold
Petra truly outdone herslef. I thought her house in LA was was bad but this one is even worse.
It's so horrendous! Worth $30 Mil max with the gut-renno that will have to be done. The outside is gorgeous
She bought the property for £90,000,000 before starting renovation amd adding 3 stories underground
This is truly awful. It's a tear down.
Absolutely not. It's a wonderful house and, as a Grade II listed building, that would be illegal. You just have to get rid of everything they've done.
A) The property is worth nowhere near £170M!
B) How much will it take to renovate the interior, to something tastefull?
those people are caricatures of human beings.
"I like to collect historic homes"... The detachment almost hurts.
Alot of people here say its an ugly house.
It is indeed!
Its a lovely house. Its the interior design and décor that is hideous
I really like the chandelier in the dining room. It looks like a cloud of diamonds. So beautiful
I remember watching a programme on fashion and a journalist was asked 'what happens if you hate everything?' about a collection. Her response was, 'there's always something to like.' I think you've found your something.
I switched off when this guy said the house "compromises" of two homes...all that money and can't get basic English right...okay
They both sounded a bit thick, actually. I also laughed at that bit!
@@RustyPetterson yes both seem very dim and basic.
Yeah what was up with that? Then she said something like “where we eat at” and “where I occasionally cook at” or something - I thought it was just me who found their sentence structure odd.
@@princedakkar2251 yes lying lol
Low IQ, working class, Essex boy who is living off his father in laws billions. He is a social climber, and she is a dimwit who happens to have a father as a billionaire. After all that money spent on private education, you’d expect her to speak proper English. 🤣
This is a ridiculous amount of money to the original owners bespoke design to ask for.
They will NEVER get that amount.
Here’s a new drinking game:
Take a shot every time she says “obviously”
Or "favourite".
This is what the Scar Face house would look like if the movie came out in 2021.
Simply grotesque
Would this not be a listed property? I’m confused at how they made so many awful changes to a house that must be listed on some level in the UK.
Unfortunately there are no rules or regulations with what you can do to the inside.
Not even close to worth it, ridiculous! They certainly think alot of themselves and their home.
- "obviously it's to entertain and to have lots of parties that we do not have"
- **nervous laughter**
This is a grotesque display of wealth jfc eat the rich

The most hideous, kitsch, revolting design I’ve ever seen on a house. Inside and out. For 10mil you can build a dream home anywhere, everything about this place is busy, cramped, and lacks any energy, flow or warmth.
Maybe not in Central London but yeah
This is the same chick that turned down $150 mill. For the Manor in LA. Only to relist it for $200 mill. Insane
Pardon, AD - she's not married to James Stunt anymore, as you've stated in the description. Her husband is Sam Palmer.
For someone born into that kind of wealth they seemed very offputtingly pretentious and ostentatious
I’m sure she doesn’t care how she’s perceived.
The house reminds me of old Las Vegas. Like, everything tacky and gold that was ripped out and thrown away a long, long time ago. Yuck.
I could probably buy Warwick Castle for that amount.
those poor fish are surrounded by gaudiness, someone set them free💀
"One of the rarest in the world" What...some glass and water? The guy is a lunatic
This all looks like: How can we get the most expensive option for every feature in the house and we'll just go for that so we can say it's top luxury. No matter if it goes together or actually looks like a cohesive home. The taste level is definitely questionable.
The best part about This house are the vídeo comments 😂
It's like a Swarovski Crystal mine was just divebombed by an insane magpie...
This house is sponsored by Swarovski Crystals lol.
This guy is so smug. The way he goes on you would think he was a self made man and bought this house with his own money. Reality is he’s living off bernies billions.
Exacting! Always using phrases such as ‘we did this’, ‘we did that’. He is just dishonest.
@@tm1rt2vv8i that’s how a marriage works regardless of who brings in the money
@@marcelohendrix6139 not true. You do not refer to something as ‘we did this’ if you did not do it. I am not talking about how a marriage works.

Property sold in 2015 of £21.5 million
The price tag is insane... I get it, it's London, but it is still insane. The house itself is very boring and unappealing imo.
Agreed, it should have been more like 162 million GBP. That would have been fair.
And that’s why their fortune will be lost within a generation.
I thought that I don't have any issue with rich people, but when I saw how they wasted money on chandeliers instead of helping other people it made me sick.
I feel like GB is stuck in 2014 America. The outfits, home trends, makeup… everything
What a londoner calls amazing natural light is equivalent to what an average movie theater has.
