I have four 24 volts lithium batteries and four 31 series deep cycle batteries in 24 volts mode on my stuff. Comes out to 14,400 watt hours. Same amount on the wind generator except it's 12 volts. I just used #2 welding cable on all my connections.
@davidpotter9462 I will be upping to 48v in the future, probably later this year when I can afford the new equipment. For right now I'll stay with 12v because that's what my inverter and turbine is.
@@GBear that'll be nice. Hopefully it will last a very long time like that. I know that I like 24 volts a lot better than twelve. The 48 volts stuff is probably out of my price range for now. I'm lucky to have what I have. 770 watts coming in, air conditioner uses 600. The wind is making a few watts, I used two panels to help it. Those batteries are showing 12.7. I have two twelve volts brushless fans that run pretty much all the time off those.
I was told by a RV dealer that they won't install these type batteries in any RV unless a Smart Shunt is installed along with them. I just saw Victron Energy has several models starting with 500 amps & up. They take the guesswork out of your battery status & allow them to charge correctly at the higher voltage they require as opposed to lead acid type batteries.
I may have some brass stock in my shop, but don't have time to play around. It's not good to have no power all night. My food barely makes it overnight, and if I don't get back online soon, it could be costly.
Do those batteries connect via Bluetooth to your phone?
No, these do not have Bluetooth, but I can buy a module down the line to add it.
Nice to have a windless day for a change
Yeah, and then wind all night, and this morning, now calming down a bit just b4 lunchtime.

If it works, it's good.
@@GBear I wondered if you were going to a different voltage or not. I forgot to mention, full charge on my batteries is 26.6 v . ( 13.3 X2)

@davidpotter9462 yeah, taking a break from the heat now.
Do you still have the homemade antenna s
Yep, still working fine!
Where or the home made antennas
One still on my cabin roof, and the other will be going on the new guest cabin.

Yes, charge parameters are different.

Sync the bookmarks on the batteries with the pump house.
Easier to sync the Trytannic.
Yup.....looks good to me 👍
Going to be nice next week.
Nice plan and thanks for the shout out brother!
You betcha!
You're not going to pick up some cooper flat stock and build your own bus bars

@@GBear
Wouldn't you have them made before the cables get there...
@@JamesHollinger-lt8qx LOL, I find it funny how people think that all I do is sit around waiting for something to do each day.....🤣🤣🤣
@@GBear
Never said or implied that...
@JamesHollinger-lt8qx lol. I meant, that my days are hectic enough and I have too many irons in the fire right now. No offense meant.
Smart birds
Yep.
