Awesome video, dude!!

Most important thing I learned is to say no and not buy what I can’t afford, the rest well I’m a little slow 😅
Being able to say no is a huge part! Especially when you become wealthy and people start asking for handouts.
*Amazing content. You are still the best! It's been a year since I found ways to improve my finances and by working with a recognized professional, I was able to achieve financial independence. I have to say this; “As long as you have determination and work hard, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.”*
3:10 Just NO! You DO NOT have to return the car. You can buyout the lease. Additionally, there are lots of financial advantages to leasing if done right, since you have less liability and the manufacturer/dealer want to eventually sell you the car. For example, taxes can be less since in some states you are taxed against the lease rather than the full value of the car, a lot of your maintenance is included, and they may given you a better warranty. I currently lease a 2022 and my lease with end in 2024. If I buyout the lease, the warranty on the car converts to a lifetime warranty as long as I own the car. Of course I will more than likely buyout the lease, flip it, and start the process over with another new car. By time it's all said and done, that car will probably have costed me maybe $150-200/mo after buyout and lease and sell it. Just like all other financial matters, you just have to learn the strategies.
Are there resources to evaluate if this statement actually pencils out? What car do you have where you will be able to sell the car without massive deprecation?
I guess it works if you do it right, but no one I know does this. All of the wealthy people in my circle buy their cars outright.
Hey sean im 16 and i have some money but i want to start to make as much money as i can as early as i can what would you suggest
When I get my paycheck from my job I send it to my investment account immediately (I’m still a child so I have no expenses) so that way I’m not tempted to spend the money sitting in my bank account. And as for credit cards, I don’t have one yet and I may not get one bc I live by the mindset of “if I can’t afford it then I can’t buy it”
That’s a good practice! I highly recommend getting a credit card and don’t spend it on things you don’t really need. You can just put a recurring bill on it so you can build your credit score while you are young! Having good credit score will be useful when getting a mortgage or buying a car in the future.
Ik i pay too much in rent. Sad part is, its literally the cheapest in a 10 mile radius .-.
Is it possible to get a roommate?

Can you make a video about the best credit cards in Canada?
I think most of the cards here apply for Canada too goodsweethomes.com/cards
I’ve done my own research, but I haven’t been able to find chase operating within Canada (which is one of your most recommended banks), also, I believe the that they’ve pulled out of Canada
This all started because I wanted a student card, but the best ones that I could find were the Simplii and BMO cash back cards, unlike the chase, discovery, etc cards, which are usually recommended when I watch UA-cam.
I would like to be a real estate agent/investment got any tips

Slow down. You talk too fast and sometimes it’s hard to follow you.
Appreciate the feedback. Alternatively, you can change the speed of the video to .75x
