A-GEO workshop. Comparison of GeoSun GS-100C+ and DJI Zenmuse L1.

In this video, we compare two UAV LiDAR rigs: the DJI Zenmuse L1 and the GeoSun GS-100C+. We will look at the main differences, advantages of each machine and test their point cloud accuracy using TerraSolid software.
First, we'll take a look at the GeoSun GS-100C+. This device has a range of 100 m and a higher pulse rate of 400,000 points per second and a built-in 26 mPix camera. The device is equipped with free giHawk software for data processing. GeoSun GS-100C+ can be mounted on various drones.
Second, we'll take a look at the DJI Zenmuse L1. This device has a range of 70m, 240,000 dots per second and a built-in 20mPix RGB camera for capturing color images. It also has DJI Terra software for data processing and analysis. We'll examine the strengths and limitations of the Zenmuse L1 and demonstrate its performance in a real field test.
We will use TerraSolid software to test the accuracy of the point cloud of both units. We will check the data quality and resolution of each point cloud.
In this video, you'll better understand the differences between the DJI Zenmuse L1 and GeoSun GS-100C+ UAV LiDAR devices and which one might be best for your mapping and surveying needs.
