Wow Vicky you have done really well, I would like to know what area you live in, I live in Shropshire in the countryside, been on SW on and off for years but now I have had to give up work I find it harder to lose the weight but I just keep chipping away at it slow loser I am 63 how old are you? have a good week and I hope you can get your pain down abit I really feel you xxx
Hi Jacqueline 😊I live in the Rhymney valley in South Wales 🏴 I’m the same on and off for years but since I rejoined in September it’s my last time I will be there until target and beyond lol. I’ve given up work due to my disability and it’s so hard but I just take my time and take each day as it comes. I’m 39 and have been out of work for a good few years now. Hope you are feeling ok xx
