      cool ive been using jamils type of formula buying at percentage of arv you can do this by using prop wire and find flipped property's and you can see what % of arv they bought at this way you dont need to factor repairs around here they pay 30-40% of arv all in and also for a quick number 50-60% of Zillow

    Hey jerry we and a friend of mines have to deals under contract we want to JV cause we can’t find buyers I’m assuming this is the only way i can contact you I remember you talking about a 10k fee if we bring you a deal
