This song (not to mention game along with WFC) is SUCH a huge nod to the real G1 fans. This was honestly one of the best games I have ever played. No joke.
This is the best Transformers video game and one of the best cinematic action games of our time. The soundtracks, the ambience, the voice acting, the gameplay, the presentation, the graphics - you name it. I don't usually rate video games, but if so this would deserve an 9/10.
man, this game was kick ass. i love how throughout the final level you go from playing the good guy and to the bad guy, and finally picking a side with megatron or octimus at the end. holy shit, these games were a masterpiece.
a side-story in the Escalation game mode would have helped a little, taking place during and after the events of the game. introduce DLC characters and what happened to them after the main story.
I watch these credits roll, and I can't help but feel the emptiness that is Cybertron now. That means High Moon Studios succeeded in epic story telling.
cyber zilla60 I noticed and I also noticed how he got sad when he was making his toys fight, shows how he hates the divide between cybertronians, he hates the war and just wants everyone to get along. Poor fella
@@mariokarras7591 probably seen most of his fellow titans get killed during the war. I mean before the war there was thousands of titans that looked like omega supreme.
Transformers was literally my favorite cartoon/show/comic growing up as a kid. Most other kids had Superman as their hero, but for me it was always Optimus Prime. War for Cybertron was a breath of fresh air in an age where games were starting to get a bit stale, and then Fall of Cybertron was announced. This is one of the last games I pre-ordered and I remember reading an article where High Moon was interviewed and they said that they had taken every criticism from War for Cybertron to heart, and that they were adding in everything the fans had asked for in the new game. Hype increased tenfold. The game released and it was just a huge nostalgia fest playing through it, from the reveal of Metroplex, to smashing the crap out of everything with Bruticus and Grimlock, to the cool bit of getting to play Jazz, culminating with one of the most amazing final stages in gaming history where you get to play as just about every character in the cast swapping roles every few minutes. This song as the credits was the icing on the cake. Back when devs used to make games for the fans, instead of for money.
In G1, Ratchet and Wheeljack created the Dinobots, and sludge wasn't dead. The Autobot and the Decepticons were both on the ark in stasis, and jetfire was locked in ice, starscream was still a decepticon, etc.
They obviously meant these games to be reimagined pre-G1 times, but Hasbro insisted on shoehorning and making alignments towards Prime cartoon because that sells at the moment, despite obvious discrepancies. Like the biggest one between FoC and Prime - Unicron is Earth's core in Prime, yet Shockwave's log in the Spacebridge observation room after rescuing Snarl clearly mentions magma core.
They could make so much money by remastering this game. Imagine playing it in stunning graphics that looked like the promo videos. I love this game so much and I miss it every day
This game seems pretty fun, I’ve never played it nor WFC but I do have the 2007 game, ROTDS, and Devastation t. But now that this game and WFC might come back, I hope we get a sequel where it starts off right when FOC ends and the Autobots and Decepticons crash land on earth.
tieger was probably joking. the war of cybertron continuity has been officially named the "aligned" continuity, so far featuring war for cybertron, fall of cybertron and transformers: Prime. while it does have alot of similarities as a result of the creators wanting to "return to basics", alligned and g1 are not part of the same universe :)
in the Transformers The Movie from 1986, the song that sound allmost like this: is infact Stan Bush The touch. its 1 of the most memoral songs in the movie and he did infact make 3 songs for the movie, The Touch, Dare and Til All Are One(optinal opening for the movie). if you get the soundtrack disc it even shows his name on theys songs, all are as awsome as there names :)
It's designs homage G1 but, the game's story takes place in the Aligned Universe which loosely connects it to the Prime Cartoon and the Novels, Exodus and Exiles. There are a few scattered references to TF:Prime in Fall to connect them more( Cliffjumper's head design, The Ion Blaster resembling Optimus's blasters from Prime, Bumblebee's lack of speech)
When I first heard the beginning of the touch I was like fuck they really ruined it and then jazz and cliffjumper did the first bump and I was like THANK GOD!!!!!!
It's really sad to know, that games like tgis are done. After playing it, i felt like i watched new transformers movie without shitty humans, stupid jokes and etc. No lootboxes, no crates. Multiplayer was one of the best, and the charachters customization was awesome. The story mode is still better than every transformers game, and all of the bayverse movies. Best transformers game, and one of the best games in the entire game industry EVER.
In the game. When slug knocks down the door and looks at the insecticon crushed but still alive underneath is in his triceratops form. I was waiting for it... EXCUSE ME Me: NOSTALGIAGASM -What kick ass song too
I just played this game on PC recently [I played the XBOX version 11 years ago] and it was a masterpiece. IMO it's the best Transformers game next to Devastation.
Now now, not so bald, i think it is a perfect way of expressing the modernization of Transformers, yet it still straws to the perfection of it's G1 part, this is quite related to G1 and i think it is great to display such a thing through the classic song that has for a long time signified transformers in a way, with a modernized counterparty to the original one.
WFC and FOC brought back my eternal love for transformers. bay put such a dark void in my heart. then I played WFC and It reignited my love for the franchise. FOC only re enforced it. Then there's the end credits for both games AAAHHH LOVE IT
The Bumblebee/Soundwave part made me laugh SO Hard when I first saw this, and the Metroplex part... so much feels... and the Dinobots! Who was riding Slug? Does anyone know?
This song (not to mention game along with WFC) is SUCH a huge nod to the real G1 fans. This was honestly one of the best games I have ever played. No joke.
You're not alone on that one.
When i first played this game it was amazing, especially playing as Grimlock towards the end!
I nearly cried, several times.
Chris Cartwright you are right it is the best game and the best transformers sonf
song
Chris Cartwright yep I haven't played this in a long time I remember some of the memories of foc and wfc
Three songs that unite Transformers fans:
1. The Touch
2. The Humbling River
3. Any TF series intros
True.
Except g2 and rescue bots Academy
I would add What I've Done to that list as well. Despite what we think about the Bay films, that ending to the first movie just hits different
Cities in dust
Instruments of destruction
This game will always hold a special place in my heart
The online mp was fire as well, so much fun
In our Heart
always
Bumblebee doing the carlton......my life is complete.
And with Soundwave playing the jams as well.
“It’s not Unusual to be loved by anyone”
"You've got the touch..."
**gets goosebumps**
Yeah
*gets chills*
I got touched by the song.
I consider it both heartwarming and bittersweet that Sludge is in the creds with the Dinobots, despite his unfortunate death in-game.
He was actually brought back in comics so its all good
Sludge died????!!!!!!!
I never knew
@@ferdijohanniskamagi yeah when you play as jazz after sea of rust
@The Screaming Soldier yeah but that was before jazz took his spark
This is _one of the greatest games I've ever played_. *No doubt about it*. The Credits were amazingly nostalgic.
I agree with you mr sonic.

This just shows how much love and respect went into making this game. This was a game for the fans and it shines.
You can tell they had fun making this game, I love this game
Soundwave: drop the beat Bumblebee
Bumblebee: oh you know I will dude
man, this game was kick ass. i love how throughout the final level you go from playing the good guy and to the bad guy, and finally picking a side with megatron or octimus at the end. holy shit, these games were a masterpiece.
I finished this masterpiece of a game, and got so much feels with this song. I loved the movie back then!
I absolutely loved the references to the old show and movie throughout the game.
1:15 Bumblebee and Soundwave! Soundwave transform into a radio and Bumblebee dance to The Touch!
I guess they are now friends.....
Metroplex : NOW KISS!!!!!
Fight fight fight kiss kiss
such a great game, and multiplayer. too bad there was no DLC to keep it alive
There was some, mostly just character customization.
Yup the lack of new maps killed what would have been amazing potential
a side-story in the Escalation game mode would have helped a little, taking place during and after the events of the game. introduce DLC characters and what happened to them after the main story.
@@liammeech3702 well they couldn't update it after 2020 so it's kinda not their fault, Activision kinda d8dnt care about the game
Back then, they made complete games. There was no need for DLCs. Activision killed it when they pulled the plug on every TF games.
Till All Are One...
Till All Are One!
Till All are One!
till all are one!
Till all are one!
Till all are one
absolutely loved the ending. The credits were so awesome too. Especially with Bumblebee and Soundwave rocking it out!
Possibly the best end credits to any game aside from Portal.
This is nothing see wfc credits
I love how the transformation sound goes with the music
There will never be a TF game as good as Fall Of Cybertron
This has to be the best game that I've ever played. It makes me cry. This ending just cemented it.
I loved this game so much, the ending made me so sad though, I really wish I could play it again, such a good game.
I watch these credits roll, and I can't help but feel the emptiness that is Cybertron now.

*Not the end, is the Beging ❤*
When this came on it blew me away, but when the music changed at 1:06 brought me to tears
I love this game I was screaming like a fan girl at the end and don’t Try to hide it you were too on the inside.
