Malansrus Tented Camp & Desert adapted Elephants | Pt. 1 | Namibia 2022: First time roof tent!

- Arriving in Namibia is always something special, something very beautiful. Slowly everything slows down, the stressful European existence seems to have fallen into the sea as it flew down. It has given way to a relaxing enjoyment of peace, space and breathtaking nature.
I spend my first two nights in the beautiful Eagle Rock Lodge, little more than 30 kilometers west of Windhoek. I stock up on water and food as well as a Namibian SIM card for my upcoming camping time. After I had everything together, I have finally arrived: Namibia 2022: First time roof tent!
But I still have two more nights in a bed ahead of me. For the second time my destination will be the great Malansrus Tented Camp, from where I will visit the wonderful desert adapted elephants in the dry river bed of the Aba Huab River. My guide Mathias brings me to them in the morning, and in the afternoon I take a walk up a hill not far from the camp and enjoy the unique view.
The first 30 minutes of my video series are already over, I hope you enjoyed as much as I did the actual experience.

Ja, das war für mich auch neu. Sie haben teilweise geschlafen, und ganz ruhig und tief hörbar geatmet 😊 Im nächsten Teil fahre ich nach Purros - das kommt dir bestimmt bekannt vor. Viel Spaß dabei!
