I just want to clarify that this white Fatalis actually doesn’t have an attack that will instantly end the quest. In hunting road where you usually end up fighting this guy, you have an accumulative 3 carts, so if you faint twice prior to fighting him, that would be why it would seem that the quest ends after death to a specific attack.
Appreciate the clarification (as much as I love how over the top Fatalis is), though does that mean your hunter just kinda disappears on the last cart against any monster in hunting road? Because a significant part of the video isn’t just the quest failing, but the lack of seeing the hunter actually faint like they do in the mainline games on their last cart
I like to think that this is THE Fatalis - the one that destroyed the kingdom of Schrade in a single night, while all the Fatalis that come to Castle Schrade are born of it.
I have a more ominous yet lore accurate theory about the other Fatalis that we encounter. The other Fatalis that we encounter are reincarnations of the original one a.k.a the one who destroyed Schrade since a Fatalis can return from regenerating from his scales even after being turned into a set of armor, turning the previous hunters into vessels of him.
@@zadkal8873 Why not? Black Fatalis age into White Fatalis if not driven into volcanic areas (where they become Crimson), and since we don't know exactly how long ago the fall of Schrade was, it could have been plenty of time for that particular specimen to age to this point.

You couldn't get monster materials either and all items had to be bought on quest via coins gained by slain monsters. Almost every monster could appear and Hunting Road White Fatalis was the finale.
That's just what it's called. It's just "White Fatalis" and you can only access Hunting road once you hit G Rank anyway. And he wasn't the finale. It was ongoing until you retired.
