I am a fan of getting rid of feed lots and the fields needed to sustain them, turning it all into forest and wild land, helping the wildlife thrive, and only eat wild meat instead!
Thats not how it works feed lots feed a shit ton of people it's cheap and not every feed lot is like the ones you see from the media the only huge issue with feed lots is the anti biotics because we give them at such a sub optimal level we end up creating super bacteria in our meat
There a lot of things we could do to fix feed lots but more people need to be educated I'm other methods of ranching and how many people each animal can feed chicken coops feed more people than beef feed lots
Nutritionally of course, but the way it tastes is debate-able. I grew up in a hunting family eating wild caught game (deer, elk, duck, pheasant, fish), and deer and elk are gamey. You HAVE to acclimate to it and cook it the right way. If you don't, it will taste like the woods and putridly sweet. Offputting.

Because the reality is that there are tons of plant-based athletes out there (again, see The Game Changers on Netflix) who have been eating plant-based for years and have gotten world records. Patrik Baboumian for example. And it's not just "to each their own". Our literal digestive tracts are designed for plants. The science backs this up.
Also, if someone goes into your gym and says they tried working out once but they hurt their shoulder, therefore working out is bad, you'd call them a dumbass and laugh them out of the gym. Exact same situation here with eating plant-based. Get educated. Quit whining.
You just want to throw BS around to make yourself feel better about eating something that you know requires cruelty, is unhealthy, is destroying the environment, is proliferating diseases like covid-19, is using up so many resources that we could end world hunger if we stopped, etc. Again, quit making excuses and have some accountability.
The leaf guy seems really stressed
Maybe due to his diet and a whole lot of consumption of soy
Idnt it
Kresser kinda reminds me of Dale Gribble lol
4:37 💀
Ask those few chinese people who have caught the plague because of eating wild meat on the raw side. Don’t mess with things you don’t understand.
This bald guy is the vegan version of joe rogan
I stay away from junk foods....... home made foods only and every Sunday I flush my system fallow with two day fasting. havent got sick yet...... ahhhhhh yeah cold showers everyday
Y S FUUUUUCK IT
wild "caught?" I would pay to watch that.
I am a fan of getting rid of feed lots and the fields needed to sustain them, turning it all into forest and wild land, helping the wildlife thrive, and only eat wild meat instead!
that wouldnt be good, i think if we did this, the wild life would extinct cuz we would hunt way to much cuz we are way to greedy
Lol that’s not how farming works, cows and chickens don’t survive in a forest
Sounds great in theory but realistically isn’t possible with 7 billion people on this planet lol
James “the veggies made
Me into a meth head” wilks
Nutritionally of course, but the way it tastes is debate-able.
I grew up in a hunting family eating wild caught game (deer, elk, duck, pheasant, fish), and deer and elk are gamey. You HAVE to acclimate to it and cook it the right way. If you don't, it will taste like the woods and putridly sweet. Offputting.
Agreed
Surprised they never talk about native groups like Inuits with high fat, high animal protein diets with low cardiovascular disease rates. Also Mediterranean diet studies.
Steve Martignoni In fact their arteries look terrible. They are not that healthy and they do develop atherosclerosis
How long did they live for though? I don’t it was as long as the seventh day Adventist vegan vegetarians in California
I only drink mineral water and I'm ripped year round.
Topo Chico
Tony Romo I don’t think Topo Chico is really mineral water, just carbonated water and branded as having healthy minerals. Just read the label and compare it with actual mineral waters. Also, question why the hell it’s carbonated. I think a lot of people just taste the carbonation and think that’s minerals when in reality it’s just carbonation.
I’m on a whole food plant based diet . But was always super hungry (even after ten bananas) . Once I brought in protein shakes into my mix it’s been seriously life changing .
I think meat can be healthy , if not eaten every 3 hours .
10 bananas? You'll be diabetic soon enough with that diet.
I agree thats the whole point he made is diets throughout a week should be 75% plant and 25% meat
We just started eating a lot of meat and our bodies havent adapted to that
Meat is a delicacy even for carnivores so i expect us evolving we didnt eat it a lot but if we found it we savored it
most carnivore only eat once or twice a day. usually I a short window and were not hungry ever.
@@ZodsSnappedNeck If you think fruit causes diabetes, Holy shit. I feel so bad for man.
@@T0YCHEST before agriculture for millions of years all you could eat was meat, vegetables didn't exist, tubers and fruit were scares.
Can you get lime disease from eating an animal with lime disease?
Your plate should be around 75% plants
Joe could easily help science by getting blood test work and the outcome of eating elk meat.
he even stopped his carnivore diet and never said why
@@KT-pu3gn he said he felt better than ever on carnivore but lots of people will slowly introduce carbs and other things because it’s hard diet to be social
@@DaaaaaBears it's hard for your stomach and ass
@@DaaaaaBears how is it hard to be social? You just eat the meat and hold the sides.
Every vegan at my work cant lift more than 50 lbs and has the stamina of Connor McGregor
😂😂
@clarence0
I think it breaks down like this. If I eat a carnivore diet I will be fine. If I choose to go vegan and don't understand the requirements of that choice I will get sick and possibly die. For the average person a meat diet is simpler and easier.
If you live in the Orlando area check out wild Fork there's also one in Winter Park they sell nothing but game meat
They have good quail
Ignorance on all accounts. Tough to watch.
Then it’s up to you to explain it to the rest of us. Lets hear it big boy.
James Wilks is a Sith Lord for plant based, he deals in absolutes. Chris Kresser on the other hand is more Obi Wan Kenobi since he can see the absolute benefits of both diets. However one over the other is not healthy, you need both.
TXNIZ Chris Kresser is a fraud and has a lot of pseudoscientific beliefs. These Paleo people know nothing what our African ancestors ate. Wild melons for example are not Paleo lol
Why would those graphs use wagyu as an example. An incredibly tiny percentage of people eat wagyu often.
I'm confused at what the guy on the left is arguing for. Wins by confusion.... 🤷😂
Invite Dr. Michael Greger on, Joe. He'll set you straight.
He’s doing a lot of framing to make his points...I can see right through it. Lol pathetic
Vegan gains obliterated rogan over the game changers.
Spencerwalker21 vegan gains has been obliterated hundreds of times already by other people and by himself, if he’s your guy that says a lot 😂
@@acraze2287 I'm sorry vegan gains can read a study properly. Why is a acupuncturist your guy FYI Chris is a acupuncturist. And examples plz lol I'm not vegan but vegan gains obliterated his opponents all the time.
Spencerwalker21 i never advocated for chris anywhere? but the fact that “your guy” is a malding vegan who is heavily biased with no scientific background whatsoever says enough
Spencerwalker21 he’s reading the studies yes, but then wrapped in that he’s framing his point in a sleight of hand way and using passive aggressive discourse layered into that. It’s completely obvious and hilarious to see Joe let him get away with it. Every time Joe confronts him on essentially on framing his points, he wiggles his way out and Rogan lets him. The other guys seems like he’s just fed up with it and is being agreeable just to get this over with because he’s had enough.
Joe's Next week diet: athlete meat
The plant guy looks like hes dying
Isn't that the truth though, & this is so consistent among those who are strictly vegetarians.
