@Tiny Boy that's wrong 40% are fluent in Hindi according to statistics But I would say at least 65% of people can at least speak and understand little bit of Hindi People in the south can only understand few Hindi words and people in the far north east ahead of Assam can barely understand Hindi as there are way different from Hindi and more closely related to Thai
