It's insane.. it took 15 years before someone finally did it.. a normal electric car.. allround and "simple". Not an SUV.. finally!
This is how it should be! You’re totally right.
A normal car with an abnormal price.
Waiting for the estate version as with the Peugeot 308 electric models and variants
Won't be long to wait.
Safety features?? What are the on-board cameras and sensors like to use? It's not all about the sporty drive..
The safety features all work reasonably well.
I think what will be really interesting here is the pricing.. and i sense its going to be pretty high.
On a UK review I believe they said 40k… In Ireland because of the VRT and grants it might come in around 45k! 😮
@@seancotter4610 yeah.. I heard that too. I’m not too sure they’ll still many of these here
Pricing will be key to this car's success.
It wasn’t designed from the ground up as an EV. It comes as ICE or PHEV, hence the hump in the floor lol
It was designed to accommodate EV, ICE and PHEV
A pity it can't tow a trailer of any weight.
And that it's so expensive for its size
VTL ????
No, not yet.
When you’ll make a road-trip with this electric car ?
We'll be doing longer journeys once we get our hands on the car for an extended period.
unfortunately its been price matched to the Tesla model 3!!
Which would you choose?
If you find nothing wrong with a car you are either paid to review or bad at your job.
:-)
It does NOT get a 418km range. It really gets a 320 km range (at best and not even some times)
That's the WLTP figure. Everyone can get different figures depending on a large number of parameters.
418 WLTP is absolutely not enough for range
What should it be? 500km minimum nowadays?
@@CompletecarIe real range of min 450 km even in harsh conditions is viable. So i would put that at wltp of +100 so a wltp of 550 and above should be stress free and can compete against other types
Wouldn't better and more accessible fast charging networks be a better solution? Especially when you look at the average daily commuting distance.
