@@MadScientistOfMuscle yep! An 80 year old retired power lifter showed me these. Always listen to the veterans. I went to a power lifting in 2003/2004. Learned a lot from those guys.
@@MadScientistOfMuscle they showed me a different variation of dumbbell skull crushers back then where you tap the shoulders with the dumbbell instead of behind the head. Like the JM press i believe. Some may say it’s not effective shorter range of motion but I felt it on those.

@@nyderek3708 Yep, that's the truth. I learned it from a veteran lifter 30 years ago myself and kept it up. It's such a good combo.
