There is no visual difference between Layer Off and Layer Freeze. But Zoom and Pan will be more fast in Layer Freeze than Layer Off. (can be noticed in very big drawings only.)

I heard that..during ploting the layers which are freeze can visible but layers off won't be visible..@Blueprints...I don't know whether correct or not.. please tell me sir..
