I was a permanent makeup artist for 25 years and the only time I had 'blowout' was with a green eyeliner pigment (it was one of the first after Mei-cha) that I used on myself and one client. The strange things was it didn't migrate for a few years. My client didn't mind as hers fortunately just gave a smudgy effect whereas mine went into the outer canthus and spread out there. At the time there were no lasers to treat this so I reluctantly did some camo on it which worked fine but as you know with skin tones they need to be adjusted fairly often.
this is amazing 🤩 so much info ! thank you xx
Thanks Nic xx
