- NOTP is one of the great Progressive Rock Festivals.
The Loreley Amphitheater is a UNESCO World Heritage and holds legendary ROCKPALAST shows in the 70s and 80s. On the hill of the River Rhine, it is located between Frankfurt and Cologne in Germany. Since 2006 the Night of the Prog Festival is happening at the legendary rock.

Fabulous video with some of the best bands around: Arena, Riverside, Big Big Train. But you saved the very best till last.
Thanks for posting this! Lovely memories from one of my many visits at NOTP. I remember my most positive surprise was Ange's amazing guitarist.
Big Big Train was amazing Saturday night. So happy they recorded the whole show and released it. Specially since so many members have now left the band and that we have lost David Longdon. RIP
Sorry, I of course meant Friday since Camel blew us away Saturday night.

Ah tu es français j'imagine ? j'ai vu Marc Auger au début de la vidéo! le monde est petit ;) j'étais à l'édition de l'année dernière! qui était loin d'être la meilleure à mon goût mais il y avait de bonnes découvertes et de bon anciens groupes! Et nous avions fait l'édition de 2015.
