I can't believe how Paula managed, while struggling to properly form sentences, to break down an entire room of people. She made her speaking disavantage into a vessel of absolute tomfoolery, beautiful. Made us Brazilians proud, thats truly the HUEHUE way of doing things.
Paula was solid throughout the program. Her guitar playing was awesome too.

This is a fun concept but I can't believe they only made one song together.
With all that talent I feel it was a real missed opportunity.
Next year after writing their song another challenge should be to pull a genre from the hat and write a song in that style.

It takes a lot to write a song. I would've been a lot of work to get a song completely written in one day like that. Of course that depends on the genre, you can write a good LoFi song in like 3 hours for instance. If they would've written more music together the whole show would've been just writing 5 songs with no variation.

If anyone needed context for the "everybody hugs me" from Paula at 5:30, in Brazil when a group of people take you into their group and made you feel like you belong and are welcome we sometimes use this phrase, "the group/people hugged me".
I think the most accurate word in this case would be "embrace". I know because Spanish is my native tongue and we have a similar expression like that one. So "hugged" would be the literal translation, while "embraced" would be the accurate one.

I think a better translation in english would be "the people EMBRACED me." This would be like getting friendly and comforting treatment from those around you.

We literally have the world at our fingertips these days but what people still long for is interaction. Content creators smiling about being around other people. Great message! Get out there, its scary but its in the margins of discomfort that we challenge ourselves and put what we know to the test.
You definitely need to make a season 2 of this!! But make it more focused on the music. The first episode was the best one because everyone wanted to see how these people would vibe and create music together. That needs to be the core of the show. But seriously it’s a great idea, just could use a bit more tinkering
I would even love it if in a 2nd season we got to see some OGs from the first season make a return.

I feel Bradley could make a living doing standup. His timing was phenomenal, his 'mistakes' in the jokes were the absolute funniest. The way the paper fell down (the last one I think might have been unintentional) before his line was even finished had me prelaugh, before the actual joke that made me second guess if I should have taken another gulp of tea right at that time. God, that was funny.

Yeah I feel obligated to echo some other comments and say I really wish there had been more music based competitions.
So many talented musicians I wish they could have done more than 1 song or had vocal faceoffs, guitar solo faceoffs, etc. challenge bands to play the other groups songs or something.

What a beautiful bunch of people. Kind of sad to see these people being so succesful with what they do online, yet a week like this in real life seems to mean more than any of those accomplishments. It's says a lot about the state of our societies and how we are losing those real life connections with other people, sadly.

PLEASE do this series again!! I loved the entire show from the challenges, to the directing, and everything in between. And it really seemed like it made a positive impact on all the people involved, winners or not. This is something that should be made into an official show on TV, but I hope at the bare minimum this continues for years to come. Great work to everyone involved and thank you for making this series.

this series was so amazing. I loved every bit of it. I wish I could get together with such a talented group of people to jam with, make content, joke around, and just vibe out. I absolutely loved watching all of this. Everyone involved was amazing, i follow pretty much all of them (those I didn't , I do now!) and it was so cool seeing them all together.
Loved all this! I went through different emotions this episode, I laughed so hard but also felt so emotional from all the nice words (and not nice one two, but it is all fun in the end). I really hope this show will repeat next year. Thank you to everyone being part and making the show, that was awesome!

Same. I understand the need to switch it up, but maybe next time we take a pass on the the day where they run into each other with rubber suits and do some fear factor knock off.
It'd be cool if next time they manage to get a crowd and do a battle of the bands live show and the crowd decides the winner?

I would love to see this happen with just 5 days = 5 songs, like an EP challenge or something. Seeing everybody work together to make a song was the best part for me, personally. Love the series regardless, Jared!
