True, I was a Cheerleader for like 9 years and was at every stunt position and it did so much damage to my body, especially my head, so i had to quit. My time as a footballer in between was much easier tbh..
I’m a back spot most of the time and base sometimes but I never let my flyer fall to the ground so you could image if the stunt went down I’m always the first to fall down
Yeah, i've cheered and played tackle. Cheering is WAY harder and leads you more vulnerable to injuries, especially because you rely on others' forms to be correct.

Are those hand to hand stunts legal in level of competition ? I find it hard to believe it is- not that it isn’t sick! Same with back tuck entry... I can’t imagine judges are even a little bit comfy with that- even at the collegiate level. Maybe I’ll do some research. Well, that’s clearly a competition. So I’m wrong...lol

I was a base for the longest time I moved up to a back handspring team and I became a flyer I quit allstar cheer I gained wait and now idk if I can fly anymore

Delta Drones actually it is 180 fps. Sometimes I used Optical Flow to achieve slower speeds!
