This is an example of "think outside the box", but also slightly annoying. I was on the right track, did the first hole, but then gave up the thought of this could be a hole-based solution because it was soo tight. Obviously I gave up too early.
I was the same way, it didn't seem like we're supposed to put the rope back through the holes because it's too tight-I had to use tweezers. (Also, the rope keeps fraying from the edges of the holes.) Once you find out that you're allowed/supposed to push the rope back through, then it becomes trivial and boring. :-\
i cant even put the rope through, the hole is too small, and you cant get the ring where they show it at the start

I thought I was cheating doing this solution so spent ages trying to come up with another approach!
lol. Same here. Like "This can't be the right solution..."

SAME! I looked up the solution because I thought I was cheating.
It just got tangled
What should I do if when I get the ring off I accidentally pull all the rope off?
I can't believe I wasted 3 hours on this.
holes are not made for such a rezolution, thats a failed puzzle..
My puzzle broke when I followed the steps 🥺
