Industry 5.0: Fact or Scientific Fiction?

DuPont embarked on a Digital Transformation program about three years ago, and although we are early in our journey, we have made significant improvements. Our Digital Innovation team has partnered with our Operational Excellence Center of Excellence and the Continuous Improvement teams on the business to combine Lean Principles with Digital Automation and Connected Industry concepts to drive value and make considerable improvement on Yield, Quality, and Operational Efficiency.
This presentation showcased at the Brazilian event CIF (Intercontinental Flexographic Conference, in October 2021) highlighted how Industry 5.0 is tangible for our value chain partners to benefit from. Bernardo
Tiburcio - Global Digital Innovation Leader - talked about DuPont's journey in this space, focusing on how DuPont(TM) Cyrel(R) uses Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, and Augmented Reality. Shyamal Desai, Americas Technical Leader, talked about how DuPont(TM) Cyrel(R) has brought these technologies to its customers during COVID and how they can be used to meet a bigger goal - building a better planet.
