Door Dashers can be held liable for delivering alcohol to an inebriated individual m, if that individual goes on to commit a crime. Similar to a bar’s liability. Therefore, DoorDash requires Dashers to refuse delivery to drunk recipients. In her situation, I would have just reported and moved on. …I’m not threatening anyone while on there property. 😂😂

I work for a FedEx ground contractor. Usually FedEx drivers work the same route 5 days out the week. It’s rare to see different drivers on the same route frequently unless they haven’t found a permanent driver yet. So does UPS Amazon ID different drivers all the time. It’s rare you’d have to sign for an Amazon package. FedEx requires alcohol and ammunition to be signed for with ID usually. Or tobacco, cigar, certain electronics, and documents.

My daddy would contact corporate and ask/accuse them of stealing from customers . We got all kinds of free and discounted stuff. Bell South went up $5.00 on our internet one month. They didn't have a reason. My daddy asked the rep who was stealing and what kind of game were they running. We didn't get billed for 3 months 😅
As an AIRLINE EMPLOYEE, I understand . I hate to say it but 9/10 it will be easier to call or reach out to the airline directly. It doesn’t make sense as the passenger but as an employee I get it.
39:13 so in Texas you have take the liquor license class to deliver alcohol cause you are technically selling liquor so according to the regulations you can refuse to sell liquor to someone whose already inebriated. It’s a legal issue.
DoorDash drivers are required to ask or asses if the recipient is drunk they can get kicked off the platform if you don’t.
Door dash doesn’t allow dashers to provide alcohol to intoxicated consumers. It’s the same as serving a drunk person at the bar. It’s illegal and they make the dashers refuse delivery.
