Could never understand the balloon release nonsense, long before all this virtue bull. Why are companies even allowed to produce those plastic soda can bundlers?
"Omg can you believe it? We created a market dependent on our product and when a company that needs to use our product won't play ball and give us publicity we cry about it like oil soaked snow flakes. We had better virtue signal our shareholders to cancel this company trying to cancel us with their virtue signaling. "
Sure, North Face was hypocritical, but it doesn’t outweigh your ignorance. Instead of bombarding your customers for steering away from your dinosaur juice, causing them to cut even more ties with your business, you provide factual evidence on how your products are beneficial for life on earth. Then they’d consider purchasing more of your product. This ad campaign is literally committing company suicide. The more you talk shit about your customers, the less they’ll want to give you their $. Looking forward to your response.
@@robwastman4993 How about creating a recycling chain? We've created plenty of clothing to sustain ourselves for generations. So long as we stop wasting and creating more. Clothing at the end of its life can be recycled into new clothing. Theres also plenty of organic, non-harmful materials such as cotton and wool. No need to be a smartass. Just use your head.
@@nitsuagmartin cotton and wool? LOL. You obviously haven’t been in the outdoors much lately. I’m old enough to remember when the only choices we had were cotton and wool. If you got wet you were miserable. Modern fibers produced from oil and natural gas such as what North Face uses for their outdoor gear made a tremendous improvement in outdoor activities and hypocritical North Face knows they wouldn’t have a company without them.
@@robwastman4993 Just went backpacking for 10 days in the rain at Philmont Scout Ranch. I know how it is. And I likely would have died of hypothermia if my only choice of protection was cotton and wool. You completely disregarded my comments about recycling already made materials. The North Face, Patagonia, and many other brands are already making several of their products using recycled polyester and nylon. Thats one of the biggest flaws of this campaign. Yes, The North Face uses petroleum in their products. But 75% of those materials are recycled. And their goal is to be 100% sustainable by 2025. No one ever said they were currently 100% sustainable. DO YOUR RESEARCH! Times are changing if you like it or not. Sorry bud. You have the choice to be open minded, or be ignorant and stay in your outdated comfort zone.
Good For Chris Wright. He is great. He does need to be on your show.
🙌🏼 Thank you for the videos, Chris!
bless you so much more Chris : ) legend
Outstanding!!
I guess North Face / VF Corporation fleet of jets fly on unicorn farts!

The only platform you can find is Fox, and that says a lot

Page out of your lefty handbook... but with humour and sarcasm.
Dependent? You make it sound like overpriced jackets are the same as meth.

I agree North face should just go get their raw materials from sunshine or wind.
