Imo you got lucky not ordering the Leatt C Frames, those were also my first choice of knee braces for similar reasons. I bought a pair but when I got them I found them to be much bulkier, heavier, and awkward fitting than I had expected. I tried to make them work, but after a couple of weeks gave up and sent them back. The experience put me off knee braces as a whole for a long time. But recently I saw a friend's pair of sleek looking Pod K4s, which he let me try out. I liked them so much I bought myself a pair immediately. I think they feel lighter and more natural fitting than the C Frames... and the K8s are the same but even lighter. So I think you made the right choice.
Thanks for sharing mate. Yeah, I nearly bit the bullet on the Leatt. But glad I habe the Pods. I recommend them to mates, but they're expensive, the K4 would suit them well by the sounds - will get my son a pair as soon as he stops growing!
I have the same set, can't fault them! Nothing major in them yet, touch wood, but have had a couple drops/very low speed washouts & have been absolutely fine.
@@danielpineda3656 sorry mate, I'm not familiar with them or any other braces. But I'm still happy as with them, 2 and a half years of solid use so far!
@@nathancordova4618 I think so mate. I was gonna order the large online (as most items are L-XL that I order) but when I tried these the mediums fit well. Best to try a set to check for yourself.
Thats the way. I have pods too, I don’t even jump on the dirt squirter without them.
One knee recon has taught me that lesson.
I was surprised just how comfy they are. Expensive, but glad I have them now
haha this is too funny... I bought the exact same guards _after_ knee surgery too - great work good luck and seeya man
Cheers mate, always the way hey, be nice to have foresight. ✊️🤙

It's nice to know you have that extra bit of protection hey. And they're quite comfy too!
Very informative vid! Keep them coming
Cheers mate, I'd suggest you get some but you should probably start with a jersey 🤣😜
@@AdvHQ true! Or maybe some boots that don't need tape to hold together...
Great review. Thank you.
Thanks for the feedback ✊️🤙
are they better than cti custom knee braces?

What size are you fitting in medium?

@@AdvHQ I just bought a pair of large off marketplace. I hope they fit!
@@nathancordova4618 Good luck mate, if they're at the right price and you're mostly confident, it's worth the risk! They're great braces!
