I still think Jo,s crying when you lose a life is the most annoying sound in video games. But I love the sound of when he’s drinking milk glug ,glug ,glug .
Wonderboy has a lot to answer for, making Devs think that anyone wanted to play games about babies. At least the artist was trying to make this game have some appeal, despite the concept and everything else...
I recall seeing the screen shots & hoping it might be a laugh...then saw it on a buddy's ST & that cutesy element went out the window with choppy leaps of faith. Unfortunate the Amiga saw soo many of these nasty ports, alongside those Stateside like Sierra adventure games,& many missed what showed it off to its best! Almost U.S. Gold worthy this one!😅
Isn't there a port that is unfinishable at all due to the final jump being absolutely impossible? Aw that game in my youth in video game magazines... Always wanted to give it a try but it seems to be more a trial than fun.
When i saw the pictures of this Amiga game from the magazines, such as AMIGA ACTION and THE ONE FOR AMIGA back in the early 1990's, i always wondered, do i want to look for this game? It even reminds me of SON OF CHUCK. And who remembers BRAT from Image Works 😹👍🕹️?
I HATE games that give you limited health in a race against time and then fill the path to the goal with BS enemies all over the place to slow you down. Reading the bit about the wet diaper just takes the cake. This game's gameplay appears to be focused on testing your patience. If I wanted to play a baby game, I'd much rather try _Chuck Rock II: Son of Chuck_ .
@@maniacaldude Ehhh, I'm feeling the club more than the rattle/rolling pin. But then again, we can't forget Babyhead from "Captain Commando" either. Robo baby FTW.
One of these games that completely ignore the chipset.
A true hero for playing this.
I thought I knew what to expect from the thumbnail but nothing could have prepared me
The visuals look really good but does it ever look painfully choppy to play.
Played it a lot back in the day, never finished single level 😅 It was also released for Amstrad and TG-16
It's got original music! Real energetic and organic.. Interesting choice of a game. Thanks for playing.
Awesome game.
And then, CPS comes along to rescue Jo from his neglectful parents.

This is cute. Quite an impressive game. Craftsmanship..

It's one of those games which fell victim to too many punitive mechanics...
How about Bio Miracle Bokutte Upa? Then again, that was primarily a Japan-only title.

10fps
That framerate is just laughable...
Amiga can do smoother scrolling than this...
for a 91 game, this is truly awful
I dont play any games older than Super Nintendo and Genesis, the framerate looks about 15 frames per second.
scrolling indigne d'un amiga !! 😡😡
