സ്ത്രീകൾ സ്വാദു നോക്കി ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കാൻ പാടില്ല, അറപ്പുപാടില്ല എന്നിങ്ങനെയുള്ള പിന്തിരിപ്പൻ നിലപാടുകളുമായി ഒരു ചാനൽ പരിപാടിയിൽ എത്തിയ അതിഥിയും, അവർ പറയുന്നത് അപ്പാടെ ശരിവയ്ക്കുന്ന ഹോസ്റ്റും. ഏത് ഇരുണ്ട കാലത്തെയാണ് വിധുബാലയും ആനിയും പ്രതിനിധീകരിക്കുന്നത്? അന്തസ്സോടെ , അഭിമാനത്തോടെ ജീവിക്കാൻ പെണ്ണിനും അവകാശമുണ്ട്. ഇന്നത്തെ സ്ത്രീകൾ സ്വാദ് നോക്കിത്തന്നെ ഭക്ഷണം കഴിയ്ക്കും, അറപ്പ് തോന്നേണ്ടതിനോട് അത് തോന്നും. കറിയിലെ കഷണങ്ങൾ എടുക്കാൻ എന്തിന് മടിയ്ക്കണം?.ഇഷ്ടമില്ലാത്ത ഭക്ഷണം ആരെയും പ്രീതിപ്പെടുത്താൻ വെട്ടിവിഴുങ്ങേണ്ട കാര്യമില്ല. മനുഷ്യ പരിണാമത്തിൽ എന്താണ് രുചിക്കും അറപ്പിനുമുള്ള സ്ഥാനം. രുചി അറിഞ്ഞു കഴിക്കുന്നതുകൊണ്ടുള്ള ഗുണമെന്ത്??? കാണുക ഈ ആഴ്ച ലൂസിയിൽ...

എന്റെ അമ്മ പറഞ്ഞു അമ്മ ചെയ്തു അതാണ് എല്ലാം ശരി എന്നൊക്കെ ചിന്തിക്കുന്നത് തന്നെ പ്രകൃതമാണ്... അമ്മ പറഞ്ഞത് ശരിയായ കാര്യം ആവണം എന്നില്ല.. അവർക്ക് അന്ന് ഉണ്ടായ അറിവിൽ നിന്നും അന്ധവിശ്വാസങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും ഒക്കെ കൊറേ പറഞ്ഞു കാണും.. അതൊക്കെ ശരിയാവണം എന്നില്ല.. ഒരു കാര്യം അമ്മ പറഞ്ഞത് കൊണ്ടോ അച്ഛൻ പറഞ്ഞത് കൊണ്ടോ "സിൽമാ നടികൾ" പറഞ്ഞത് കൊണ്ടോ ലോകത്തിലെ സകലരും പറഞ്ഞത് കൊണ്ടോ ശരി ആവണം എന്നില്ല.. സ്വന്തം നിലയിൽ അത് ശരി ആവണം.. ചിന്താ ശേഷിയുള്ള സമൂഹത്തിനെ പിന്നോക്കം നയിക്കുന്ന ഇത്തരം അന്തവിശ്വാസങ്ങളെ തള്ളികളയുക തന്നെ വേണം..

I have seen few older episodes where the women are clearly abused both mentally and physically and still they advice the women to go back to their husbands. I clearly remember this one episode where the guy was a little mentally unstable and the girl was scared of him. They forced her to go with him. To this day I think about that poor girl.

The lady with the most outdated thoughts is giving solution to marital problems in a show primarily focusing on modern relationships.....wont her judgements be influenced by such patriarchial views....may be we should rather go to family court instead of getting outdated advice from a person who believes women are supposed to adjust with everything....so that we will not have to fear a day when she asks women to "adjust" with getting raped too.

3. Smell. This is not the smell you experience through the nostrils. Instead there are over 2000 receptors in the olfactory bulb which is also exposed to the chewed food ( bolus ) inside your mouth.
In general , the experience of taste is not to be equated with the experience of vision. In the case of vision, we see colors *only* in terms of the three primary colors channeled through their corresponding receptors.. But taste is much more varied and richer. As a result, *different* combinations of incident light wavelengths can give you the experience of seeing the *same* color ( metamerism ). Taste, on the other hand has no metamerism - no two unrelated food items can give you the same taste.
