He was just happy to see the back of rocky hence why he acted like it was himself who called the police. Rocky could mention Sharon, Denise and Stacey and even Kathy and Linda because those are the women he saw on the night of what happened to keanu. Remember rocky has the upper hand here obvs not for the fire in the cafe because he did it but for the murder on keanu he can easily tell the police what he saw if he really wanted too but will face time in prison regardless and I’m sure he doesn’t wanna suffer alone so he might just drag the six with him even if it meant blaming Sharon and Denise and Stacey and keeping Kathy out of palms way. He didn’t see Suki, Suki is one of the 6 members who is playing it cleverly. The rest are gonna crumble under pressure.
