Dean is one of my least favourite characters. He rapes women, torments people, acts like a victim, messed with his ill daughter's medicine to keep her with him, almost caused her death by shutting off her oxygen, blamed other people for his actions, and stole from her charity to take her to America and keep her there. He is the lowest and deserves to go to prison for all those crimes, but not for murder.
Maybe he's going in the direction that rapists deserve consequences and this was a good way for Linda to finally get revenge? I think it's a good storyline but that's just my opinion.

Self defense means you're defending yourself. She killed Keanu defending Sharon but it would still likely be manslaughter as she wasn't in danger and then chose to bury him instead of coming forward.
I have a feeling he does know that Linda is responsible for Keanu's death but I can easily guarantee he is probably working with Linda to frame Dean because he wants to help her instead of arresting her. Maybe he knows what Dean is like. We never know, but it's my personal thought/opinion.

This is what I've been thinking all along. There's not once been even a mention of CCTV footage when six women were scurrying about, and carrying a heavy object wrapped in tarpaulin. So no footage to show Dean wasn't there. It was the same implausibility when Gray Atkins pulled Kush in front of that underground train. Where were the CCTV cameras? Where were the passengers? How come even the driver didn't see anything? I like Eastenders, but the writers make too many mistakes.
Well yes you might think they might have checked the CCTV in Albert Square the night Nish was apparently attacked by Keanu in the pub (who then reportedly fled) to see where Keanu had gone and what else was going on. Also will Rocky keep quiet about seeing Denise and Stacey move the body and Sharon hanging around the cafe - which would prove Dean was innocent? Must be a reason why Kathy mentioned him again recently?
The women can only go so far with this. What if rocky returns and tells the police he saw Sharon outside the cafe in her wedding dress. And this is a repeat of the Lucy/max/bobby storyline he will return soon for his revenge like max did years ago.
No because then he'd also be dropping Kathy in it, there's no way one of them can go down without taking the rest with them. He loves Kathy so would likely keep his mouth shut for her sake as he knows whatever happened they were in it together
