@@tobiasrietveld3819 They wouldn't have even needed to force her. She said she wanted to graduate back at the end of January. She wanted to quit properly and without too much fuss. Nijisanji instead pretty much said, "You can't quit. We're firing you!"

Because you said you may do a video on Scarle and some curiosity on my part: I spent time magnifying on my phone and writing down every word I could read on the letter. But I got most of it and it's very wholesome and cute... While being cringe in some parts with the UwU in there. But glad I magnified it and read what was there. Granted there is some on the top and bottom that cannot be included in the thumbnail likely do to size constraints.
But in general she was thankful for the opportunity she got and her obsession with Balder's Gate 3 and Fortnite. And how she wants a skin for Fortnite to be based on her. Now that I'm cold from the heat I wish and hope she doesn't do anything, all the community is with her and Niji is forever marked as the sht they are and the livers will also be marked forever even if they graduate and go indie so the bullies will always have to carry that. @@loke801 theres long documents when you look for it online, but the only 'proof' is screenshots from both sides and both sides are accusing the other side of editing the screenshots and/or the screenshots being misleading. So yeah, its more of a pick-your-poison kind of thing now.
Edit: regardless though, all documents mention him being underage or barely 18, so accusing someone of something they did at that age seems to me like a lame thing to do. Especially at a time like this.
While being underage or barely of age does lessen the weight somewhat, I don't think it makes it irrelevant or absolves him entirely. At the very least, it adds context to his words and I think the only reason that would be unfair is if he owned up to his past and made clear steps to make up for it before now.

I think Elira took the stream herself by choice, not because she necessarily wanted to, but because she knew if someone else did it they would be targeted like people are targeting her now. That took responsibility and guts in my opinion, cause otherwise the statements would probably go on someone else's channel.
After some thought I'm honestly worried for the remaining Niji talents. The company has already proven it is perfectly capable of driving someone to attempted suicide a second time without the slightest pang, and attempting to provoke a third time either deliberately or callously. And of course, they work for a billionaire, which if you run the economic numbers is identical to 'I work for a mass murderer'; His personal slice of the more than 9 million poverty deaths a year may be smallest, but there are only about four-five thousand of them. Best case his money hogging kills at least 900. Not counting anything specific he may or may not have done; just /having that much money/ kills that many people by strangling the economy and destroying wealth. It's not a mystery if you have that much money either, he knows it, he just doesn't care. I'm sure he'd prefer to not get specific blood on his specific hands, but based on his actions I'm also sure he probably thinks he could hire it out.
