    loving this series. what do your s&c workouts look like?

      Many of the exercises are recommended by physios following injury, so it's still mostly preventative. Exercises include:
      Single leg sit to stand from chair
      Box squat with chair
      Kettlebell deadlift
      Calf raises
      Lunges
      Glute bridges
      Iliopsoas March
      Then finish with push-ups, dips, sit-ups
