From getting the ticket, flying to Manila, getting Airbnb near the area, no proper rest since i travel after my shift then need to fly back since i have work the next day. but i will do it again if given a chance. I really love IU, but why she's so so out of pitch? I know it's normal in live but in this vid it's too much. she's a fantastic singer, I saw other live performances or in TV studios and she was absolutely wonderful, I'm not hating, I'm a fan of IU but I notice when she's espoused to intense emotions and sensations, her voice looks tired... stressed, and in some tricky parts, she goes out of pitch and ( incredibly quickly ) she returns on pitch. I hope she was well, because it didn't seem. Obviously I think she's a great singer, and interpreter.
tbf, fans will never complain as long as Uaenas get to hear IU sing live. It could also be that she is tired from her previous concerts before PH and still have more after it. Imagine travelling from one country to another and numerous hours of rehearsals, sound check and singing over 3 hours every concert. Maybe it could be a sudden burst of emotions too, since it's her first time in Manila she got overwhelmed that a lot of people loves and support her.
I was in this comcert. The concert ended and fans asked iu for encore and then she was so nice that she sang 4 extra songs. As you can see her clothes are more on comfortable side and not concert clothes. They were about to have dinner w staff but was nice enough to perform songs. Thats why her voice must be tired too.
