Next visit to the mechanic will be sooner than you think.😂
Mechanic or morgue ?
At least the customer won't be back to complain.
Not sure that surface weld will hold the load intended.
I got headache everytime I watch like this.
Correct...😂
If that is true, good job.
Its only got to hold 40 school kids and a bus driver 😢
Sure a nice fix. This is a truck part in India. If you have ever seen how overloaded these vehicles can get I wouldn't want to be near that truck when it breaks again.
Headed for the mountain roads for sure
If the repair is anything like the cooking videos someone is in for a real treat.
Lmfao
😂😂😂😂😂😂 That's suicide
And, WALA!! It is rated for 5 tone, just like before, so the customer will load it with 12 tons........................
That is the real truth 🤦🏽♂️
For sure 👌
Steering geometry totally wonked, but its gonna fail again before it wears a tyre out!
And this is how you will find out how lucky you're??? On the first pothole 😂😅😂😅😂 warranty for life of you survive the crash. 😅😂😂
It's weak and dangerous repair
Mild Steel, is not the same as the original FORGED steel that azle was originally made of... Even when heat treated, the mild steel will only have the bacic carbon content of less than 0.10 % impregnated in the base metal... This would be good to repair a light trailer, but DEFINITELY NOT SAFE to use for a front axle of a truck if ANY Type...
I can see you must be a metallurgist. You can get rod now to weld almost anything.
I’m a retired certified welder and have welded forged steel many times and never had a failure. I would rather weld forged steel than cast iron and that too can be done. You just have to know how.
@@justincase1575 That is good to know!!! Thanks for the tips... But even when using these 'Miracle' metals to repair & fuse metals that have ORIGINALLY been forged, the grain structure would still not be in a uniform pattern as they were after the forging ORIGINALLY took place... I'm confident that a lot of progress has been made with the fusing of materials, but there have been no LEGAL methods to Repair-Weld critical components, SUCH AS: Wheels, (especially on trucks), steering links and components, springs , brake drums and disc rotors, frame rails without the use of scarf type repair sleeves AND procedures that have been approved by the ASTM and the Manufacturers of the vehicles, Spring hangers, Connecting rods, flywheels, pressure plates and basket assemblies, final drive gear components, The list goes on & on...
Sure that area that failed on that front axle, might be able to be effectively repaired for temporary use... But how about the other end of that axle? Chances are, that it's fatigued as well because of the rough roads overloaded conditions that this vehicle was experiencing... It's time to find another axle that has been stress relieved in a controlled oven, without the serious prior damage.... Because when any of the wheels suddenly break off of the truck, people in that truck or anywhere near it could easily get hurt or killed.... Tht's when doing the RIGHT & LEGAL methods matter... It GREATLY reduces the chances of a serious accident....
UNBELIEVABLE 😮😮😮
THAT'S IMPERFECT....
Heck NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!
He is an expert in his work
That's horrific
Which will fail first: the crappy repair or the side that for the time being is still intact? They won't stop overloading the truck/bus.
It's not restored, just because it looks ok does'nt mean it actually is...
When you donot know about load 😂😂😂
That is pig iron basically and should not be welded
That be sum scarey shit...
that is probably why it broke In the first place
He only welded one side, didn't chamfer the edges. So he got a surface weld with his support tack welded. All around shitastic job. Just say'n
Errrrmmmm forged steel is used for a reason 😂😂😂😂😂
great Pakistani very teilented very hardworker
How long did that repair last?
This was the day after first repair. Said he felt vibrations in the front end. They added the outside wrapped steel to better hold it. It's Friday so Monday will be the next one
Unos veinte minutos si no cargan el camión, intuyo.
They forgot to mention that I fell right back off after applying back on the truck. 😂
Elfog törni újra, sajnos ezt cserélni kell.
This is garbage and UNSAFE!
Na,, bet THEY can do 100mph in the truck😅
Take the OSHA shit away
.. they do what they can with limited resources. Look at their 👟
Yeah right! Just hope and pray hard your family is not close when that barbaric repair fails on a loaded truck! Ignorance can be dangerous and catastrofic!
Nope!
If your airplane wing is broken, you can send it to this workshop to get it welded.
Like Boeing?
And my Drunk ex inspecting it .
At least you know where it will break in the future….
These all very nice peice of engineering where human life has no value.
If the weld was stressed-relieved it would have been pretty strong !
What was the cross bolt for because at the end I do not see that it was drilled for it. Was it to hold in the insert but now pressed in instead? When he hammered in the insert I am not sure why there was a tab welded on the axle and then removed.
Sure seems like he has done this type of repair before. I wonder if there was even a new axle available?
It should properly weld the broken portion by a high resistant rod before putting reinforce plate
BRILIANT....
Yes we will have it for in a jiffy...SIR...!
Exelente trabajo.felicitaciones
I think it wont withstand
Great idea, for teaching sake, but I would’ve beefed up that weld surface
Fair enough!
Ah, the elusive zero penetration weld! A closely spaced series of tack welds are still tack welds.
But don't worry, that thin mild steel sheet metal you tacked on over it will hold it together.
One week only
WHAT, NO PREHEATING BEFORE WELDING THAT CAST IRON. THE PROCESS LOOKS GOOD EXCEPT FOR THE WELDING.
That is not cast iron! They don’t make axles out of cast it’s forged steel. Perfectly weldable.
These guys can repair anything!
Well that should last about 3 miles, as the new kingpin tube isn't welded internally.
Don’t what to ride in that vehicle… ticking 💣!
He gave it a 👍 guess it's safe then 😂
🙈
Mantap di sana👍👍👍
Excellent modification👍
Ready for another two weeks
Hilarious! Does not V out the prep even. Comedic approach to engineering
Siete veramente in gamba bravissimi 🎉
Pakistani mechanic are more amazing than i ever know
No that is how you get a family killed
Felicitcion bro ,eres buenisimo
It's an axel gad damnit 😂😂
"Now, drive more carefully this time"!
Now all you got to do is give us the report on how many died after the crash😅.
And the hole for bolt to retain pin when
Gambiarra
Buen trabajo
So far this is the worst repair I’ve seen
It won't last. They are two different metals and did not have adequate filling.
only lasts 2 days😂😂😂
Awesome job 👏 👍
Su queste cose sono bravissimi
Amazing, good job
Está gente son unos genios🇨🇷🇨🇷
Zabadast janab Japaniyoon ko bhi peecjay kar diya janab,😂😂😂
Excelente ❤
Waduh..... Di tahan seng?
❤ good work Men...
Muy Peligroso !!!!!
What are highway death stats in that country?
❤❤ VV GOOD JOB JI WITH VV BEAUTIFULL TECNOLOGY ❤❤.
That bus can now hold another 50 passengers
Probably a bit stronger than Boeing!!
