Sure! Change the mark type to Shape. Move the field that’s on color to the Shape shelf. All done!

How to find how many customer ID's in each quadrant.

Since the quadrants already have names, use those in a calculated field and count the distinct customers. Something like
If Quadrant = “Upper Left”
then CountD(Customer ID)
End
