Raad, Your predictions for 2024 will be pretty much spot on. For instance, eventually interest rates will go down within the 5 percent range around the 3rd or 4th quarter of 2024, more rain, builders offering less incentives on newer homes around the 3rd or 4th quarter of 2024 and population in New Braunfels will continue to grow. 2024 is an election year. Hopefully we'll have Donald J. Trump back in office.
Happy New Year Read! Thank you for keeping us informed of what is going on in NB. When people ask me about NB, I just send them your videos as you provide lots of helpful information. I just had a friend wanting to move to NB so I gave him your contact. Hope he reaches out to you. Thank you again for your weekly videos.
Always good to reflect on the past year! Your predictions were almost all spot on. Hopefully more rain in 2024 and better interest rates! We are wanting to get a home equity loan and build a new shop in our backyard. The lower interest rate would help 🤩 Hapoy New Year, Raad!
I'll be one of the additional 4k new residents, well in the NB area. When someone like PF Chang's open an establishment in an affordable area, they bring their higher prices. I tried PF here in Hawaii, however, their food is not much better than any other Asian restaurants, just their higher prices. Same will happen in NB. NB is becoming overcrowded, so I will have to look outside of NB.
New Braunfels became a police state years ago. Swimming at the Landa Park chute saw 14 police within eyesight. People were swimming and enjoying the water, police did not belong at all and no lifeguards in sight. Pathetic.
Guess we have different views. I’ve never seen police at Landa Park and I’m there every week. I did see police at a family friendly event where kids met emergency workers and fire struck came out, etc

@@auramdickerson112 right. it's not the same. you're right. the core is still the same. the people, the hyper local businesses, Gruene, hill country. Any attractive city/town changes. I ran into an old coworker. His wife said her sister lives in NB. Loves it!

You ever thought about having your own New Braunfels Tour bus Company?
Ha! Interesting 🤨
I’d love a tour of town and neighborhoods
Maybe start small with a passenger van. Tourists and potential buyers meet down town. Go see sights. Something to think about
@@JamesPrpich we tour neighborhoods on this channel. Not a full tour. Highlights on occasion
Oh yes! I watch all your videos! Absolutely love em! Just a thought. Park my car Get on a bus/ van. See the area.
