A SQUIDIE Day in Monterey | is LIVE squid the BEST ocean bait?

This week on TLA, I head down to Monterey to meet up with MooMoo Outdoors to try my hand at catching some fresh market squid and California Halibut. The squid have migrated into the bay; and the big commercial squid fleet is actively chasing them. I’m eager to break out of my cali hali slump and get my hand on my first ocean Hali.
