Rachel Ertel of course! I was a gymnast for 11 years, so after I quit, my ab strength got so weak.. starting this, it reminded me of my old gymnastics ab workouts and really re-worked my abs again. They honestly feel stronger than ever! In order to truly get abs, a balanced diet is a huge role, but all-in-all my ab strength feels amazing!😊

I’ve been doing the other one for so long and started doing sets of it (usually twice sometimes I do it even three times) and I love the fact that I can switch it up a lil bit now ! And as always great work with the music choice !

I really enjoyed your new video but was a bit surprised by the last excercise. Unlike the other exercises in the new set, I didn't feel much strain or burn in my core. In fact that last excercise felt more like a yoga (downward dog) stretching pose. Can you please elaborate on your intent for that particular exercise or any tips on making it feel harder or more effective, not sure that I was doing it right!

Thats one of those workouts that get harder over time because you understand how the technique works and you stop cheating and all of a sudden it’s the worst thing ever haha

Jaden Rubinstein same 😕 but I figured that it gets harder when you do it with socks on because you have to actively keep it together to not fall on the floor 😂
It was burning for me so maybe technique! Think of closing the gap between the hips and your ribs. Hollowing out through your back like a turtle shell ❤️❤️❤️ you can always try extending it further too

I've been doing the 6 minute lower ab workout by Jeff Cavalier and I can confidently say that this felt like a piece of cake. Just try that workout and you'll see what I mean.
Great suggestion, I have done Jeff Cavalier lower ab workout too. I agree it is hard. But I still think this video by Morgan is brillant and definitely wouldn't be a piece of cake for some people. It is really nice to have different varieties of abs workout for people at different levels.
Do you have any tips on that last one for doing it correctly? I have no mirror at the gym and am thinking people are gonna be thinking I’m really terrible at doing a basic plank 🤣
Yes! Try closing the gap between your hips and your ribs extend your arms out to the longest point without falling, and hunch out your back like a turtle shell. Engage your core by trying to suck it in like a vacuum!
have any tips for the overextended plank? I felt like I was in the right position but I wasn't activating my core as much, do you have any cues that you use?

I'd say mix of increasing your core strength and also leaning up a little bit and your abs should show more.
