You know, when you find out that your wife has an affair, its a bad day. But you remember songs like this and the time gets a little easier even if it's only minutes
CC have been my fav band since about 1994ish. Im a huge fan but I would have to say they are totally underrated. They are grouped together with horrible bands like Maroon 5 when they are 1000 times better than those bands. Lyrics...great. Live shows....awesome. Arrangements....incredible. They are fantastically underrated. I really dont care that they are not "bigger" but it does shock me sometimes because of how awesome they are. I was in the front row at a show in 2008. Blown away!
I heard this song with the release of the album, being in my mid 30's at the time, I had no clue this was actually a cover. Glad I know both versions now.
Jody Marie thanks, I meant what Counting Crows album does it come from? It sounds different than the Ooh La La mix found on the Underwater Sunshine album.
Perfect example of knowing what songs your band and style can cover. Its just.....such a song that they would do.
damn't, why are they so good?
they're too underrated as musicians
I mean they’re pretty famous lol
They do this song very well. Excellent!
best version ever...👍👍👍
WHAT. i had no idea this cover existed.
I love it.

Okay, but that piano bridge is a bit dodgy - he's no McLagan is he...
FYI, a great cover of Oh La La by Face (like 60's) they even match the style in which it was recorded and played awesome.
