It doesnt matter how amazing our starting 5 is when offense cant score 2-3 runs a game and we lose every game 2-1 or 3-2 if offense was literally just not top 5 worst in MLB if they could even just be barely avg we would be a playoff team thats how sad and pathetic our offense is and has been and Jerry doing nothing about it to fix it
The Mariners also have one of the best outfields in baseball with Julio, Randy, Robles, Raley and Haniger, and the best Catcher in baseball in Cal Raleigh who was the Mariners MVP in 2024.
The problem is that everyone talks about how great the Mariners pitching staff is. They are not all that great unless they are pitching in a pitcher-friendly ballpark. Their stats go up quite a bit if in a hitter ballpark [stats prove this].
Maybe give Trev a show so that at least one person on 710 (besides Salk) sounds like they've actually watched a baseball game before?
