I’ve never seen an art so beautiful as this….and you re sharing your experience…amazing…. I might want to try this technique for my bed quilt….but…would it wash well..?
I have yet to find a beginning video for your process. Are you fabric pieces backed with any fusible web to keep edges from fraying? And when you sew, the fabric glue doesn't hurt your machine or needles?
Just wonderful and whimsical! How do you actually attach all of the tiny pieces to the background before the actual sewing ? Is it a collage process using glue?
I saw an idea where someone took a bendable straw that had been cut .5” on each side of the bend. She slid those little ends on to her presser foot to sew things that might otherwise be snagged.

This is gorgeous! I prefer to use Heat n Bond though. using glue would make me crazy lol
