I must say the elf is not bad. I definitely want full coverage and I have combination skin. I hope I get a glow. Those two products are definitely neck and neck. I do not have a tiktok but I was wondering why everyone wanted to try the elf product at Target. Charlotte Tilbury definitely did not miss considering you did not set it, it is showing sheer finish. I am sooooooo glad you did this review. 👏 I love the eyeshadow look. Simple and pretty 😍 your makeup look amazing!

Wait…kouzin…..I’m confused on the purpose of either of the products 😭 so it’s not foundation but also not concealed but it’s made to apply under your foundation…but it’s in different shades where as you can use it as foundation…so why put another layer on top of it? Just seems like too much on the face idk lol maybe i just don’t get it
😂😂😂 gurrrrllllll this is was my thought too !!! However from my understanding since using the product, its like a mixture of a dewy primer + highlighter + a tinted moisturiser in one bottle. I would say it mostly catered to people with dry skin due to how glowing the skin looks after using it. Some people do use it as foundation if it matches them for a light makeup beat but due to the limited shade range (only 8) a lot of people use in under their foundation as they want the finish the product gives but don’t want to look like a different shade.
They were both nice in their own way...overall flawless beat as usual x
