Sounds interesting, thank you. Glad to hear of this, although I personally likely won't be able to play. But it's great to hear that some indie MMOs are making it to release, especially under the subscription model. EDIT: As far as the comments about graphics, the far more important question would be, "Is it fun to play." And frankly, good games that don't strain a several hundred dollar graphics card would be a blessing indeed.
to be honest, what games have no had a shaky launch? This has a huge potential for old school players. Let the developers of (4) figure it out, they will get it going. Good video!
I'd be doing that as well if I wasn't busy trying to figure out how to cancel sub. Yeah, I guess I was stoopid to assume a game might actually work the day after launch.
They are relaunching on the 12 th because of the launch issues. They are leaving the game up though so go try out some classes on the f2p servers and see if its something you will like
It's always a shame that people have to criticize every game that comes out. I also slowly understand the developers who after a while just release bad games because no matter what kind of game they release there are always people who have to cry that this and that is not good. Be happy that an Indi game is being produced and instead of making bad criticism, maybe be quiet and then publish good criticism, which the developers can then work with. Hey but thanks for the video I personally liked it a lot and will test it right away :D
Oh yes let's praise the developers that said the game was going to launch to 20k players easy as people were messaging the developer about it, let's forgo them making alts on reddit to boast how good the game is then denying it and later admitting it, let's forgo a 10$ sub fee for a game that doesn't warrant 1.99 nevermind 10 or maybe let's realise this is a terrible game backed up by the fact it has terrible reviews and it's playerbase is that low it couldn't fill a guild on ESO. Sure thing kid all is forgiven as it's only 4 guys conning people out of money instead of full studio.
Majority of these people do not intend to get involved with game, yet they are so fact to criticize and put a bad review. 90% of these reviews on steam are negative because of server issues and bugs at launch. Instead of giving them a chance and just staying away from game if you don't like it, they criticize and dump almost every new indie MMO. This is really stupid....
It bites ass. Non-refundable purchase on Steam. Broken AF. Can't complete character creatin, so can't play at all. Still trying to figure out how to cancel sub.
Isn't there supposed to be a #Ad message or smtn when you do a sponsored video for this game? This doesn't look good at all and can't be something you'd actually want to play if you main ashes content.
Just don't critique this game in their discord even slightly or they will time you out. Another smoke and mirrors dumpster fire of an mmorpg with nothing but excuses as to its state.
@@careylilly80 I'd say it is, actually, to some extent. I care about gameplay 100x more than graphics, but if they're okay with putting out something that would be considered bad graphics 25 years ago, why would I draw the conclusion that they took pride in the rest of their product??
@Carey Lilly eh its indicative that they likely don't have the budget for higher poly models or better graphics in general which means their staff/talent/budget is probably also generally lacking in other areas. I get that low poly is something of a modern "style" but let's be realistic....that's probably not exactly what's going on here. I smell low production and minimum level of acceptable quality here. That said, I don't hate these graphics entirely. I find somewhat dated graphics sort of charming and nostalgic personally - if not more emersive all around.
Would advise anyone interested to wait a few days. Lots of launch issues right now, give it some time before you install and get frustrated.
Yeah one of my quest times just vanished, and they didn't give me enough of another

Unfortunately it’s low graphics high strain on your pc
@@manfrank6883 That is unfortunate.

It’s being review bombed because of connection issues from what I’m seeing on steam

@@michaeldmckenzie You had right to assume that since devs were super confident.

Didn't mention requirements. Minimum 1070 8GB, reccomended RTX 2080. For a game like this?
😂😂😂
im sure servers will be packed
This game is getting torched on Steam
yeah its unfortunately having a ton of server issues right now and they only have 4 devs :(
@@RitchieSH no effing excuse. When you decide not to soft launch and then make your purchase non-refundable, you deserve what you get.
Im actually interested in subbing 10 bucks is nothing for me i spend that on food for lunch lol. Waiting for server issues to be fixed first though

Subs were never refundable on Steam. However they will normally refund you if you were charged twice.
This looks cool!
No diagonal movement!!! Omg
grid based movement.
@@andylastname566 terrible for this kind of game. It tells me lazy coding.
Paid sub for an indie mmorpg launched in an unpolished state?
For shame
Cant even join a f2p server rn they don’t even exist 😂
They having some weee bit sever issues right now 😢
Underrated, eh? 8 player 24 hour peak says otherwise LMAO
This video didn’t age well 😂
buggy launch day, i cant even make a new character
How desperate are we for a new game right now 😂😂 Surely not this desperate

Looks like a worse RS with a 10 dollar sub O-o
this is literally just runescape and wurm smashed together, but with a somehow even worse ui
My laptops currently in pawn is this playable on steam deck anyone know?
