Reason he came back to Dallas is for the exact reason his dad said on the broadcast. Carlisle let's him play with no restrictions and doesn't try to make him fit in a system, he let's the players create the system with some set plays that he creates. Seth best years have come with the mavs (can just look at his stats), glad to have him too.
