    IMO, Curry is almost single-handedly responsible for people thinking the three pointer is an unbalanced shot that's ruined the NBA. It's not; it's only unbalanced when he's the one shooting it, because he's a broken-ass glitch character in real life. Dude has targeting and range hacks, somebody oughta check his source code.

      He’s also responsible for inspiring kids to become pure snipers at a young age. Due to this 3pt percentages are increasing at an insane rate in the high school and college level and of course the NBA. Curry has made what seemed impossible now possible for many aspiring shooters

    Step's shooting is insane, but what's out of this world is how he's ALWAYS aware of the shot clock. Some of those shots are split decision shots because he SAW the shotclock. What an absolute monster.

      It's different in person, especially on GS court when he makes those buzzer beater threes. After shooting the halfcourt shot, there's a 2 second delay of silence and all people standing up, then comes the vibration from people screaming, it's like an earthquake with how hyped people are

    That last three was the day Curry changed the game. Super competitive, super engaging regular season game between Durant's Thunder and the dubs, that felt like a Finals Game 7. Everyone was watching it, the tension was as high as it can be in sports, and Curry nonchalantly walks down and rips one from 40 feet out to secure the win. From that point on every player, GM, and fan knew the power of the three, and every kid wanted to be like Steph

    He reminds me of an archer. The way he adjusts his stroke depending on distance, defense, forward motion, etc.... Even the look in his eye when he shoots. The way he walks back, knowing it's already a bucket. This man is a straight up sniper. A hunter. The ultimate example of hand-eye coordination. And let's not forget: this mam has a beastly lay-up and handles package to boot.

    What's crazy about so many of his shots is, even after he makes a bunch of crazy moves to shed his defender, he somehow always gets squared back up in his shooting stance before letting the ball go. It's insane. He may have to alter the way he releases it, but he is squared up to the basket and in his rhythm in an instant. His balance is incredible.

    It was unpleasant watching him destroy the Celtics in the Finals, and yet I still can't be too mad. There's no one that's excited me more when heating up on a court with the exception of MJ, and that was 30 years ago when I was a child and he was a literal Saturday morning cartoon star.
    For all the athleticism and power of the game, he is the best at a pure skill (you can guess which skill) in the history of the game.

      Good shit. I would add KB to the hot list though. I'm not from the Jordan era like that but I did grow up watching Kobe. When he hit like 12 3s against Seattle at a 66% clip I damn near lost my soul. It was almost magical to see. Same with the 81 pt. game. And then, as an old man, drops 60 to close his career. Legendary.

    What's best about Curry is knowing that his greatness comes from relentless practice. He's like a 60 year old pool player: there's no combination he hasn't seen a hundred times. All the dribbling practice, the tens of thousands of shots taken...he makes the impossible look like something he's seen many times before.

    We are witnessing something that I honestly don’t think will ever be surpassed in the NBA. I would sit and watch an entire video of every single one of his three point shots. It would probably be an hour long if not more

      as of right now he has 3117 three pointers made in the NBA, let's say you'll have like 5 seconds of a clip per 3-pointer made, that would be 15585 seconds in total which equals to about 4.3 hours. So you'd have to watch a 4 hour long video of every three pointer ever made by Steph Curry in the NBA.

    What I love is that as often as not he doesn't even watch the ball to the basket. So many of his shots drop directly into the rim that he knows the moment it leaves his hand if it is going in.

    Haven’t watched bball regularly since the pistons were good in mid 2000s…but one day in early 2015 or 2016 can’t remember the warriors were on and I really wanted to watch Steph and so I sat down and got to experience #1 on this list live. It was amazing.

    The shot at 7:18 is a great visual of Steph not getting the calls he should. 2 defenders barrel into him after the shot and no call is made(game went into OT at 108-108). I cant imagine the points he'd have if he got just half the calls they miss.

    The scary part about Curry is that he might just be getting started. The fact that he plays from the outside makes his style of play almost virtually injury free. He could play at this level well into his late 40's..or early 50's , and just keep getting better and better!! He's definitely gotten better at creating the open shot. He wasn't breaking ankles when he first joined the league on a regular basis. His handles are insane right now.

      I feel like people underestimate how sudden an aging players athleticism declines. Steph could probably get to 41 or 42 like past shooters like Ray Allen and Vince Carter in his final few years but it’s kind of crazy to think an NBA player can get past I’d say 44 as a hard limit

      he absolutely cannot pull this off to his 40s... he does a TON of running ALL THE TIME to get the open looks. he is constantly running - he may be less prone to injury, but he won't be able to keep this up into 40s.

Hell nah man players can't make it past 42 44 ain't even close only in good cases players like Vince Carter and Ray Allen or Kobe make it to their 40s or else there's also cases of players getting career ending injuries like Larry Bird and Greg Oden so he's lucky that he did not have a career ending injury

    I love that the OKC shot was saved for last. I will never forget watching it live and the adrenaline running through my and obviously curry, he was soo on fire that season and the sound in the anouncers voice screaming “Bang! Bang!!!” Soo nice he had to say it twice hahaha Kobe pay on the butt says it all, dudes insane;)
