SLAVES HAVE NO RIGHT TO PROTECT LIFE!
ILLUSORY FELONY LAWS punish and permanently remove 2nd amendment rights for drinking & driving or smoking pot & driving offenses! (CONTINUE READING!)
Who and where is the injured party to question in court when all of the offenses are pullover-and-blow arrests or, I smelt the odor of marijuana, void of accident, incident, victim, or injured party.
This illusory state felony law lacks Jurisprudence!
State law says 3 offenses in a lifetime create a permanent non-reversible felony. These newly created (Mom & Dad) "non-violent" FELONS cannot ever protect themselves, their wealth, or their families! They have become eternal Slaves!
SLAVES HAVE NO RIGHT TO PROTECT LIFE! (Or to even possess a single bullet)
STATE LAW lacks the victim requirement yet has nexus with FEDERAL LAW for state felony offenses!
The state felony law does not distinguish between "having a victim and injured party" vs "victimless" without any victim or injured party! (Simple pullover & blow arrests or on police testimony of marijuana odor!)
IRONICALLY the state law allows the DUI (Driving under the Influence) driver to keep the driving privilege and not the 2nd amendment right to life liberty and pursuit of happiness ....
Current state law clearly lacks distinction between two distinct separate classes of offenses! (With/Without Victim)
THE ILLUSORY BLACK WALDO LAW INVENTS SLAVERY AND SERVITUDE OUT OF THIN AIR, WITHOUT REQUIRING A VICTIM!.......

If it’s the case i believe youre referring to then the Supreme Court states that you can’t SUE the police if they fail to protect you from harm (exclusively due to circumstances out of their control. If they fail to protect you because they’re lazy or incompetent or both you can still sue them). Not that they are not obliged to protect you. Although given your brain dead take i think it would be better for the human population if they didn’t protect you from harm.

Marijuana made legal in Virginia recreational and medical, but police officers can't smoke under any circumstances if they're employed in doing a job dealing with some of the worst of society. It stays in your system for a few months. Is it that they can't find anyone to pass a drug test in a place where it's recreational. Here's an idea, let people work sober but allow them to have the freedom to smoke in their own home. Current drug test are the problem.

It's happening here too in Australia. Since the pandemic.. mental health and domestic violence has gone up and police are struggling. Social media is showing bad police behaviour and less people want to be a part of it. At least the government got tax dollars from the pharmaceutical industry.

Create quality competition for the job through high wages, demand high accountability for their actions. Allowing police to not be held accountable for so long has hurt police more than it ever helped it. It created bad moral from inside the job, and from the people. If it was a well paid well respected job it would be worth it. The lack of respect created by bad business practices created by the police in charge, and our government allowing such abuses has killed the job, not the anger of the people for dealing with the abuses. I do believe in good pay however, and I think it’s the only thing that creates good competition and high interest. Fix the attitude people have that was created by bad governance, and more people will see the respect they deserve. That acceptance of criminal abuse is what hurt them. It’s not easy to repair such traumatic damage, but it’s doable.

Just do like Germany. They have to have a bachelor's degree to apply, pass all the tests that make sure they don't get triggered easily, then get a 3 year master's degree in law enforcement and policing, followed by a 7 year probation period. German cops are very much looked up to. Germany's Prince Heinrich attempted a coup last year and all the insurrectionist are in prison.

Wrong, disciplining officers who do bad things should have consequences. Disciplining officers who give less citations shouldn't be. That's how it is. Annual job performance reports with a shitty grading scale is what's happening. And departments don't care for patrol. Burnout is key but when our own department is against us, we're stuck. Pros don't follow through on their cases or even prosecutes, the community doesn't like us, our department don't back us up, why would we advocate joining? We wouldn't and we don't. Sucks. We love the job but our backs are up against the wall.

Police knowingly do far greater harm and hurt with intentional financial damage to communities and residents than aid!... (How much scorn are police narcissistically willing to stomach?)

There is no shortage of police in Los Angeles. Los Angeles has been over policed since the 1970s. This is a root cause of over incarceration. Every cop has to make arrest and citations daily. If you have over 12,000 cops, 365 days a year, you have every citizen in that area in danger of being incarcerated so a cop can meet his quota.

      LA IS understaffed. Drastically understaffed.
      They are basically 50% understaffed.
      But they always have been.
Just compare LA with a similar sized European city.
There you would find TWICE the number of police officers but only 1/4 to 1/2 of the crime and arrests as in L.A.
L.A. is understaffed and always has been understaffed.
And with understaffing come the pressure to 'show results' to prove that you can control your city. And with that pressure come cazy ridiculous ideas like daily citation and arrest rates you need to meet.
Police is about protect ing the citizens, preventing crimes and catching criminals if a crimes has been commited.
      Not about meeting some quotas.
But that happens when the police department is run like a wall street listed business that needs to fulfill some quota numbers every year.
In the US everything is run like a company that's owned by a stock owner. That is the problem.
It never about the American people, it's always just about some numbers an accountant can use.

I don't blame these officer for leaving to do IT, private security electrical and trades these all pay way more than being a police and you have your peace of mind. let these black people police themselves. let them kill each other if that's what they want.
Many of these black people call to defund the same police that protect them so they deserve what they are getting. I can tell u that this similar thing happen here in my country. If people can not appreciate the police then deal with consequence.
