Yes, you can go back at any time later and start the quest as long as you have one of the figures (Strange deer figurine) left. Also you will unlock Sambor`s toys even if you only give him 20. (personally because of his history and personality i don`t think he deserve more, and there is so many things i will use 1000 on before him. Thanks for this video, i overlooked that quest and discovered it when i looked at this video. I was originally looking to see how many of them we could find around his house, the most i have found is 23. I simply think they are cool as decoration for my houses. 🙂

@@survivalgameguide Also some times it is good to do things that make you feel good in the game 🙂 Since i get so many of them i put them in many houses. I first of all put at least one in some of the windows and then i put them in shelfs on the wall. And after i unlocked his toys i have shelfs with only animal figurines in it 🙂
@@HuntressGamer Yes! You can still access this quest even after completing the main quest. I think someone even moves into his cabin after he dies, so your heirs and your heir's heirs can continue to buy the toys from that person, too!
Very good video. I just found out that you can't give those figurines as gift to your son if it is for a quest. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Actually you can technically give them to him but it wont complete the quest.
Good question! Did you sell all of them in the game? Because there are some throughout the world, too, that I think might work? Not 100% sure though. But if you can find one of those, I say pocket it and see if you get the interaction with him!
It wouldn't let me complete the quest until I bought all of his herbs that he had on him and then it would allow me to complete the quest otherwise it wouldn't allow me to complete it so you're not going to be able to just go out and pick your own herbs, you must buy all of his herbs in the potion from Norbert, I think his name is Norbert the herbalist. I had to buy all of the herbs that he had that are in the potion not just the ones that I needed.
