Pretty interesting to see a pair of 2009 Series 5 installs with dry powered motors.
That’s the first dry-powered series 5 I have ever seen. That’s probably not an Otis motor though or at least one for a series 5.
They still install dry power units on custom installations. Cemcolift went out of business, but Otis still makes their dry power unit. They also use MEI's power units for dry power units.
Motor might not be original. But the combo of elevators is pretty interesting and not something you see very much.
